  The Lot rent is getting way to high! The utility bills have doubled since last March, with no explanation or reason. Loud music coming from several houses. Too many people driving through the community with loud thumping bass music playing at all hours of day and night. Very late hours like 2am. Have been woken up several times by this. Some people do their laundry late at night and go and sit in their car playing loud music while they wait for their wash to finish. Been woken up a couple of times from this. Written park policies prohibit these noise disturbances. No respect for the neighbors. Dogs allowed to poop anywhere and the owners don't pick it up. Again in the park policies. When the Management is off on the weekends they want us to call the Sheriff when there is a problem. They respond with "Its a management problem, talk to your manager". Its not a law enforcement issue! No courtesy notifications of upcoming construction. We find out after we have been rousted out a bed due to loud machinery. When they trimmed the Palm trees we were never notified. I was awoken to a chainsaw going at 4:30am. Zero accountability or enforcement.
