    We are moving out of this place and we want to warn as many people as we can DO NOT RENT HERE. I have tenant trash in my apartment for a YEAR, we have BACTERIA GROWTH in our bathroom ceiling, mold in the vents. We had a SOILED USED sink caddy at move in! I have attached pictures and emails. Ant and roach problem STAY AWAY

    I really enjoy living here and like the changes the new owner is doing. Can't wait for the new fire pit area and dog park to open. I've read the other reviews and as for me I've never had any pest issues. I like it here. Keep up the good work
