- DODonna OlivaMay 26, 20261.0Should be NEGATIVE 5 STARS - STAY FAR AWAY. Big turnover in maintenance like once a month or more, front office staff maybe they last a year, but hands are tied and can't do much. Gated community but the Front gate hasn't been closed in about 1 year, broken and no repairs for a year. In 2 years they have had about 4-5 front office people and lost count of maintenance guys. SERIOUS PIGEON ISSUE that corporate refuses to do anything about. Everyone's patio is covered in curtains and netting making it look horrible. Bird Poop and feathers everywhere. My patio is a pigeon coop about 30 birds and bird poop, nests, eggs you name it, and they refuse to do anything about it they just let me out of my lease early. Feel so sorry for whoever gets my apartment. I'm moving and can't wait to leave. Very nice apartments, lots of storage space, neighbors are nice, close to stores I would stay there if it wasn't for the birds and filth. I live there 2 years and i don't think i have ever seen them clean the alcoves or stairways. They just don't care all they want is their rent. I have written certified letters, left messages, asked to speak to Monica Castro at Corporate Cal Am - who oversees the complex, and she won't even return my phone calls, or reply to my letters. She is always out of the office or too busy to take a call. They are losing a lot of good tenants due to the pigeon issue, and sadly they don't care. Went to get my car fixed by the apartments and the car place manager even asked how do you like living there I said it would be nice and she actually said let me guess - pigeon problem - everyone is complaining and they do NOTHING. Craft Apts owned by CAL-AM - stay away. Funny thing is I'm from NYC and have never had a pigeon problem or lived in such an unkept place. If considering go drive thru the complex and see all the birds, not like the gate will be closed or locked its a free for all.

- SKShania KeyApr 30, 20265.0We had a positive experience with moving in. All of our questions were answered and prompt. The lease agreement is straightforward. Further, if there were any misunderstandings, they were fixed promptly. The garage and apartment itself is amazing! So far, so good.
