  Always very helpful lm not very computer savvy but they are there to help with out making me feel stupid / even though I am on section 8 they treat me. No differently than anyone else - they are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly when needed

  I had a great experience with the staff at Country Club Verandas! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They walked me through every step of the move-in process, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy and stress-free. The team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Country Club Verandas to anyone looking for a welcoming community with outstanding customer service!

  Desaray, Roshaunda, and the team in the office are fantastic! Very communicative, nice, and helpful. I just moved into my unit, but so far so good! No issues and nothing of note. This is subject to change as my lease goes on, but so far, I'm a happy camper. This is my first ever place that I've had by myself and I could not be more excited!!

  Scorpion infestation. Management keeps sending pest control but has refused to fix the structural issue of this happening. This has been a problem since April and office has always been rude about this issue. Quote from Roshuanda. “are you from Arizona ? It’s a scorpion man.” And Jaimaya “if you have the means yourself to kill them to smash them” lately it has been all baby’s. I tried to work with them to solve this problem if it was a one time event that’s one thing but this has been a recurring issue even after approximately 10 pest control visits but it hasn’t worked I tried to mutually end the lease and they denied saying I would have to pay two months of rent on a buyout. Make sure to document everything in writing or email because they like to pretend they didn’t say things. I have had 4 scorpions within a 4 day period. And this is while I have been at work more than home. Management won’t even respond or acknowledge anything I send them unprofessional money hungry selfishness from country club Verandas. Since leaving this review . Management has went ghost and will not respond to a single thing. Sent multiple emails just for them to be ignored. This makes living here an absolute hell have to constantly scan for scorpions . One of them fell out of my shirt. On top of the scorpion issue. They have entered my apartment unlawfully twice now. The first time I had talked to server office workers to tell them I have a dog and to knock and let me answer so I can have him put away. The verbally confirmed that they would do that then entered . Once again with pest control came home to see a card on my table shocked to see someone was instead when I put request for me to let them in because of my dog. Roshaundas response to me asking about this was oh do you want off pest control list? Desaray, leasing consultant here is very kind and wants to help best in the office. Maintenance are also very nice. It’s a shame upper management is the way they are besides them and the scorpions would be a great place.

  hella mold! apt 1016 was so infested with mold they had to plastic wrap the apartment and take out the walls BEFORE we lived in the unit we actually saw photos from a prior resident who was our walmart delivery driver..... we were not aware and then saw the mold in the windows and on the wall where it meets the carpet..... had 2 small children sick always we left as soon as we could! Edit : it was under BRIGHTER TOMORROWS FAMILY SERVICES not my name as that was the company renting from you that housed us. . Staff was good with everything else. but mold was not treated after mentioned to staff in office and the complex is nice ... But it was just the mold . this was around 2022
