  I assure you the comments are old. New maintenance and manager are already changing this place drastically. They are always available at the office for any needs rent,maintenance or any other questions. Love this environment ❤️ 10 out of 10

  None of the reviews listed are new. For new feedback, the ownership has changed. It was called Parkwood Villa, then the Park and now this name. The take of ownership was done without informing tenants and not letting anyone sign new leases. Since they have taken over, the rent went from 1000 (after taxes) to 1600 (before). My mom is a current tenant, they raised her price and refuse to let her move to a new unit, unless she resigns and pay all the fees. The issue with this is that she is paying “new unit” fees while living in the same one. They also don’t let you have what you want. Meaning you can’t have more than 2 potted plants outside. She’s waiting to end the lease in order to move. The price is not worth all the rules. Also, one of my neighbors was told their sewage problem was not a priority when he has actual feces coming out of his drain in the tub. We don’t recommend this place to anyone.

  The Apartments here are very low class. I have seen so many drug busts go on here. I would not reccomend anybody to rent here unless you have any other option.
