I was warned about all the issues I would have but just figured they had a bad experience and I would be fine but nope everything I was told would be an issue is, all windows leak when it rains roof has leaked, sliding door doesn’t open or close properly. We were supposed to have a 5 ton ac unit which is what Mike our sales guy told us but we got a 4 ton, the duct work is installed Incorrectly my daughters room stays 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house and just today found our ac unit leaking again! This is the third leak and the house is just a year old. Clayton doesn’t stand by their warranty the mesa office is a complete joke and full of liars. Take your money elsewhere trust me. Do some research on Clayton and see for Yourself!
- CWcurtis weltonJul 27, 20262.0Poorly built house. Our 2x4 walls and rafters we ordered are actually 2x3. The vinyl floor constantly pops up like a balloon if we heat oven to 400*. Shingles flew off within 1st year. Water heater and furance both needed replaced in less than 5 years. And much more. Layout is probably the only good thing about the house.
