  Kade greeted us when we visited the Mesa showroom. We are early in the process of looking for our retirement home. He took the time to show us the models and answered all of our questions about the process of choosing and buying a home. Also he made us aware of the team they use to find land and working with us through all the steps of a new Clayton home. We came out of the meeting having an understanding and that certainly can make our plans happen. Thank you !!

  Sharon was wonderful when I stopped in without an appt., and without any knowledge about manufactured homes, ADUs, city laws, permits, timeline, or set plans. She was hospitable, informative, patient and helpful. I learned that if my idea is plausible, Clayton homes manages the entire process - ground up & utility connections. The selections were beautifully appointed, with pleasing architectural design.

  Horrible company stay away! I was warned about all the issues I would have but just figured they had a bad experience and I would be fine but nope everything I was told would be an issue is, all windows leak when it rains roof has leaked, sliding door doesn’t open or close properly. We were supposed to have a 5 ton ac unit which is what Mike our sales guy told us but we got a 4 ton, the duct work is installed Incorrectly my daughters room stays 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house and just today found our ac unit leaking again! This is the third leak and the house is just a year old. Clayton doesn’t stand by their warranty the mesa office is a complete joke and full of liars. Take your money elsewhere trust me. Do some research on Clayton and see for Yourself!
