  If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Do NOT move here. We have lived here for almost 7 months now and police have been called 4 times (that we know of) 2 in which we have personally called. One was us calling on our neighbors for DV (we were not involved but it got so bad that we had to call) and another was my tire getting slashed because this person parked in our payed parking spot. The complex had originally told us that if someone parks in our spot to tow them. They do NOT have cameras around the units so information like this would be hearsay and useless. They do have 1 security guard, but because of a recent fire they have him on building watch all night so he wasn’t able to help us as much. They also say that they get notified when police get called (like that helps anyones situation). They can’t (won’t) even move our parking spot to keep us safe. And we can’t even get our lease lifted unless we have personal protection order. Do not move here unless you don’t care about your safety. Don’t even get me started with what we have discovered in our units when we first moved in.

  I had a great experience touring Central on Broadway with Milan! From the moment we arrived, Milan was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. she took the time to answer all of our questions, highlighted all the amenities, and made the entire tour feel relaxed and informative instead of rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself was beautiful, but Milan’s customer service truly made the experience stand out. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering Central on Broadway!
