  My son was murdered 3 weeks ago at this complex. While walking home from work. This place is beyond horrible. They have had issues with all major appliances not work. No AC. Bed bugs and roaches. No security on property. Management has unauthorized personnel working. Horrible parking forcing tenants to park on main street or other properties. Please please dont ever consider living here with family's or small children. There safety and life are at a huge risk. That may cost a life. Like my son. This place need to be shutdown!!!

  Permanently closing laundry rooms in the middle of the summer is insane. Is it really that expensive to maintain them until all residents in the old units leave? I went from a 5 minute walk to over a 15 minute walk to the only open laundry room. Heatstroke again. This is my new reality. I was told there was onsite laundry but I guess I just don't get what was advertised to me anymore.

  Apartments are nice with good appliances and in unit washer and dryer. Staff is also very nice and the maintenance staff are solid too. However, the parking here is awful. Don’t move here if you have more than one car. Each apt only gets one covered spot (which may be a couple minutes away from actual apt) and there’s so few uncovered spots that they’re always full. If you want to play roulette with covered spots and risk getting towed then go for it, but my wife and I already played that game and lost (goodbye $350).

  The new building Is beautiful, and we loved the brand new appliances.crystal was create at showing us the community and helping us with the application procesos. It was a great experience and we cant wait to become new residentes.
