This is the 7th repair I've had done on my A/C unit leaking, and by far the WORST mess maintenance has ever left behind. I have a new hole stretching across one of my dinning room walls, drywall and footprints left all over the floor, and a wet towel and rug left in the middle of it all. I am beyond appalled by the lack of respect the place I call home has been given, after I've tried so hard to be calm about all of the repairs. I have two cats at home and work 6am-3pm as an educator, the last thing I expect from my complex/maintenance is to come home to my apartment left completely a mess for my cats to get into and possibly get sick from ingesting drywall. On top of it all the work order I put in is now listed as "completed" despite not being finished. Will update review eventually.

(Posting from a junk email because I wont have you people making living here even worse than it already is) I have been living here a few months and let me tell you this complex has the WORST ROACH INFESTATION I have ever seen. I have easily seen dozens already. Im every single gd room of my apt. They tout that "oh we have brand new renovated units yay" they're still garbage. Poorly done. Poorly sealed. Garbage. There are HUGE gaps around the baseboards and every single hole they cut in the wall. Its no wonder where all the roaches come from. And no way to keep them out. And not even clean or safe. There was a homicide a month or two ago. The guy who shot and killed someone was a resident and a KNOWN FELON. THIS COMPLEX RENTS TO KNOWN FELONS. Especially disgusting because there seem to be a lot of young families, and there is a playground on site. I'm pretty sure there are registered sex offenders living here too. This is NOT a safe complex. The walkways are disgustingly dirty, even though they supposedly power wash them. Disgusting residents who litter all over the property, and leave their trash in the halls. Save your money and sanity and stay AS FAR AWAY from Central on Broadway as you physically can.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend living at Central on Broadway. The hygiene in the building is poor, and there’s constant smoking that brings a strong weed smell into the unit. I often felt suffocated, and it even caused numbness and weakness in my fingers. The AC doesn’t cool properly, and when I reported these issues, the staff reacted very late and it didn’t help at all.
