  We lived in the Bella Encanta Community for 2 years. It was safe, the units were incredibly clean and maintenance was always on top of things. Dustin in the office was an absolute joy to work with! He always answered questions, was very responsive to issues and just a super nice guy all around.

  I did a tour at bella encanta the other day and let me just say, i’ll be living here as SOON AS POSSIBLE, this property is absolutely stunning and so well maintained, it is so nice to be able to have your own home to yourself rather than share a wall or be living under someone, the team, kenadi and juliana were so accommodating and helpful through my entire process and i can’t say enough great things about them! i highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for luxury living

  From the moment we toured, we felt welcomed and like we had found a place to call home. Dustin was extremely friendly and offered us all the information and support we needed throughout the tour, application process and beyond! We have lived here for several months now and we are still so thankful to have landed in such a wonderful environment. There is such a sense of community here. Juliana, Leasing Associate, is very sweet and always willing to help in whatever way she can. Mike, Maintenance Supervisor, is wonderful! Even with so much going on he has made sure we feel like we matter. Other maintenance staff are always willing to greet you with a smile and are working diligently daily to keep the property looking beautiful. It has just been a wonderful experience and we couldn’t be more grateful to call Bella Encanta home. Thank you all! You have no idea how much it truly means. 💜

  Terrible place to live l.clubhouse is always booked by people don’t live here.the worse of the worst they have no clue how to run business they charge Hollywood prices and are trash.

  We had a problem with the water filter in the refrigerator and water was going everywhere. Mike came in within minutes of the problem and went above and beyond to fix the situation. We truly appreciate Mike!
