  Toured the area, and locked in 3 bedroom townhome. After looking we couldn’t beat the value for a new community with amenities, like gym, pool, grilling area. We were looking for a car garage and gas stovetops! At almost 1,800 square feet. We knew we weren’t going to find anything better. Looking forward to our move! Beau has been amazing through the entire process! Staff for us always makes a difference and he’s efficient, reliable and welcoming! Thank you Beau, Reanajean!

  I love it here! It’s quiet and all the neighbors are really friendly. Office staff is super helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff keeps this place spotless. Even our gas grills are always clean!

  Lease taken down from portal. Requested lease documents via email. They sent a new "lease to sign" with new addendums and fees part of the contract. Take multiple days to answer back or no answer without follow up. In attempt to find the correct and original lease; we got sent some else's lease from the property from them. Please ask for a copy for yourself of everything. Extremely sad just with the management not with the property itself. I would recommend to go elsewhere; too many "odd" things happen here.

  While the property is visually appealing and well-kept, the leasing experience lacked transparency. There were hidden fees that were not clearly disclosed at signing, and additional charges such as monthly parking fees were added later on. It’s frustrating because the community itself is great, but the unexpected costs take away from the overall experience. I recommend getting everything in writing and asking detailed questions before committing.
