  Beau and Reanajean in the front office are so helpful. They put on the most thoughtful resident events that we look forward to every time. The amenities are our favorite of anywhere we've lived and our friends always want us to host!!

  Burden Orchards is amazing! Beau and Reanajean always provide the best customer service. They are super polite, welcoming, and always make sure to greet you when you walk into the office. They truly make every interaction a great experience! Highly recommend!

  The management are horrible they get nothing done. We pay a fortune to live here and can't even enjoy the swimming pool. The swimming pool is absolutely disgusting with grime all over the sides of tile. The hot tub and lounge chairs are filthy. The trash is over flowing, it attracts pests. They never answer the phone, nobody is in the office. The hot tub is nasty and I think it will get people sick. It's unfortunate I have to leave a poor review to get someone's attention. I am so displeased with these conditions and I want something done. If you have a staffing problem to upkeep these, tons of people need jobs. Hire someone or better yet hire a different management company!!!

  They never answer the phone and nobody is ever in the office. Absolutely astonishing with how much these townhomes are, there should be someone to call and help with maintenance needs for tenants!!! Nobody is there to do anything!!!

  Bad experience after bad with the lady with the leasing office. Had a young girl crash into the side of my car with a bicycle, unfortunately the girl decided to take off after making sure she was ok. asked the leasing office for help as it happened in-front of a camera was told the camera was fake and to file a police report and insurance claim. Fantastic let me loose $ and more $ on a car I just bought 3 days ago. If anyone is thinking about residency here and reading this, do not. there are better places right up the street that actually care about and for you. Regretting signing that lease right now.
