Extremely pleasant gentleman I met with. He was detailed and clear and offered me cold water..I was impressed, trust me I've been looking at apartments for over a month. I think his name is Anthony.
(I need to point out he introduced himself I just can't recall his name,544 was my 3rd "go see' that day)
Out of all I've met with since last month to date, I'd put him in my top five of management interactions. I didn't have a lot of questions regarding making 544 my home.
One big concern, being forced to pay for CABLE and Internet which makes absolutely no sense.Its like cassette tape verse CDs
I wanted to move to 544 but as I viewed the holes and cracked up parking lot, on some of the balconies, not swim wear but cloths just throwed over the balconies, the grounds the wood on the balconies look dark, chipped, and needs a lot of upkeep. The whole apartment complex needs a fresh look it's dark! even the rocks and the few patches of grass are dark. Charging to park is absolutely ridiculous and greedy.
I very much like the apartment a lot, even though it had a faith smell and the floor seemed uneven in places.
Just my opinion I would hate coming home after working an 8-10 hr day, seeing a gloomy and dark complex.
You will never understand this message if received by AI, something/SOMEONE without a heartbeat.

I don’t like how this apartment complex lies about EVERYTHING! When I first moved here I was told that I had an upgraded apartment, and I came to notice from other apartments that mine was never done being renovated. They also lied about how much rent was. It went from $1099 for a 1 bedroom to $1389 before all the extra costs.
I just moved to another apartment that’s a 2bed/2bath and I was given the runaround for 3 weeks about when my apartment was going to be ready for move-in. I was scheduled to move in on June 1st-2nd but my apartment still wasn’t ready. I emailed the property manager directly about any updates and til this day Jennifer never opened my email to respond back to it. I went down to the office multiple times and was told that they had people getting my apartment ready, but they never was.
I ended up talking to the property manager face-to-face days after my move-in date and Jennifer tried to act like she didn’t know what was going on about my apartment still not being ready. I requested to just change the move-in date to the 8th-9th which she agreed to, and also told me that they’re just waiting on the cleaners to come finish up.
On the 8th I received the lease agreement document to sign, and I was taken over to my new apartment by Andre (the other office manager) to check it out. The carpets were OBVIOUSLY still not cleaned. It had food crumbs, little beads and toys still on the ground, and an obvious mark on the carpet where a bed used to be. Andre still was trying to tell me that the carpet has been cleaned when it obviously was not.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT CONSIDER THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! They will continue to take your money and play in your face!

Im absolutely exited to be aparty of the community, I truly appreciate Andre for not just helping me through the process, but also his word for guidance. Nothing but excitement.
