  My experience finding a home at EVR Porter in Maricopa, AZ was everything a busy father of a rambunctious 3 year old could ask for. Before arriving, I had done some research and knew there were a few 2 bed/2 bath units ready for move-in. I had questions about garages, pricing, and amenities and was looking to get in as quickly as possible. I entered into the leasing office and was met by a wonderful leasing consultant. Gigi Sanchez was not only gracious towards my son (which is a wild child) and my expeditious timeline expectations, but she was knowledgeable about the property details and answered every question, provided comprehensive walk throughs of the model, desired unit, and garage, and worked efficiently to provide and process paperwork. The particular unit of choice needed a few maintenance items to be completed before move-in and Gigi had no issues coordinating with the maintenance team to achieve a quick turn around. All of this despite only working at this specific location for a couple weeks. Big thank you to Gigi! You knew all the tricks to keep the kiddo content and made for a smooth administrative process!

  Ever Porter Maricopa truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I toured the property, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The community is beautifully maintained, clean, and peaceful — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I love the amenities and the overall atmosphere — it feels safe, comfortable, and like home. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything Maricopa has to offer. If you’re looking for a place that combines quality living with excellent customer service, Ever Porter Maricopa is it. I highly recommend this community!

  Been here for a little over a month and love it here. Moved out of a house into here and this place feels more like a home than an apartment. The management staff is great, they are quick to respond to your requests. Even the maintenance men and pest control people are accommodating and easy to strike up a friendly conversation with. My daughter loves the amenities also. This place is great.
