  If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I enjoyed my unit there. That’s it that’s all. My move out experience was terrible. They charged me for carpet cleaning and for cleaning the unit professionally after I spent an entire week cleaning that apartment. Not happy with them increasing my rent $250 but my neighbors who moved in a month prior to me only got a $125 increase in rent. They told me it was because of the time of my move in which I feel is BS - how does 30 days increase another $125. I never had to speak to anyone at that office until it was time to move out. $1000 deposit and they took a good portion to clean the unit. The carpets weren’t even terrible when I moved normal wear and tear so I’m fine with the carpet fee. The unit cleaning fee is what was ridiculous after I spent days cleaning and even tried to hire a professional to come clean just to avoid such a fee. I do feel as if they did over charge for the services. I understand I was the first person to move into my apartment and that it won’t look the exact same from day one but I did my hardest to have my apartment look like brand new upon move out and while living there for 2 years. Had they not increased my rent so high and gave my neighbors a cheaper rate I would have stayed. As I stated in the beginning I enjoyed my unit and that was literally it. I payed my rent on time and in full every month and never bothered anyone nor had to speak to anyone at that office until it came to my move out or lease renewal.

  I love the way the community looks and with covered solar parking. Amenities are great, affordable rent and the staff in the office that helped me made it a breeze. Thanks especially to Spirit and Kelly for helping me in my approval process as mine got a little complicated. Very friendly and took the time to show me several apartments.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Copa Flats, and a huge part of that is because of Spirit Wynn. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process—professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re looking for a leasing agent who actually makes the process easy and enjoyable, I highly recommend Spirit!
