  The person in charge to approve or deny people, Kelly was simple rude and seem to literally try the most to deny our application, also never wanted to answer our calls and she seem like she just didn’t like us. The people at the office were really sweet, just the one in charge of the process was sadly a horrible experience. With the attitude she gave us and how difficult she made the process I already knew she was in fact going to deny us.

  I am currently a residence here at Copa Flats. I absolutely LOVE these apartments! Everything brand NEW, CLEAN community and very spacious!!! Lots of kids, my son loves to go outside and play. I just have to say that Yolanda and the Team are truly amazing❤️ Yolanda has worked with me since the very beginning and I’m so Thankful with everything that she has done! I am very pleased with the maintenance as well, I had two minor things that needed to be replaced and he came and completed them for me. I appreciate the service that I’ve been provided so far here as a resident. Thank you all so much for your hard work! Yolanda you are truly the BEST❤️

  So far,,,we love our new home!!! Such a BEAUTIFUL brand new apartment!! Income based (rent is not bad at all), 2 people per room, utilities included, all new appliances! Honestly a GREAT deal!! We were part of phase one, which was unfortunately pushed back a little, but these wonderful people worked with and helped us in so many ways! The managers here are helpful and kind, and always a pleasure communicating with! You will always get a voice-mail, but they are very quick with responses!

  Girlfriend and I applied to move out of state nearer to my family. They had told us about this place being built and to apply being that we are “low income” . They required that I place my 4 year old daughter on the lease agreement as well or we wouldn’t be approved. We then were called to apply our credentials as they stated we had filed it wrong. Afterwards, we received a response from them stating that we wouldn’t be able to move in, based upon our previous conversations with them and that we overqualified by $2000. They then stated “Good luck finding a place to live” prior to abruptly ending the conversation. The entire staffing, including building management, is clearly unprofessional. Not only did you request AND require a 4 year olds information, they also inquired for information they wanted changed in order to maintain the hold of the apartment application that, in essence, created us to lose the application and fees that we paid for.
