  Closing was smooth last yr June and I promised to only come here to give a review after one year living in the house! Seth was great in working us through with our one year warranty. Side note: Pls MAKE SURE you register/confirm all your equipment/appliances in your new home yourself. Trystan who our Construction Manager was fairly great to work with during the build, & closing. But during our Walkthrough, he said he had registered all the appliances/devices in the house. My mistake is I did not cross check all the things he said. I believed him, last week I called Lennox for our HVAC systems to checjec if it was full registered for 10yrs, obyl to discover that Trystan didn't do it. This week as we about to do our one year annual service to the systems, I just decided to check randomly to confirm whether the HVAC was registered only to find out that we only have the 5yrs Basic warranty and we were suppose to have registered those devices within 60 days of escrow. We would've gotten a 10yrs warranty on those devices if I didn't just trust what Trystan said as 'gospel'. Now we stuck'd with a 5yrs warranty instead of 10yrs if those appliances were registered on time. Please and please verify everything you are told during the build, closing or Walkthrough. Erik with the Sales team was also obnoxious, he was just unnecessarily difficult working with him, thankful he's being transfered to another site.. He had this unnecessary stand offissh behavior that someone working in Sales shouldn't have. We had the best experience with Julia at design center, while the other experience was just 'Mehhh', the Pulte finance team gave us a whole lot of headaches too working with them. It's one year now, a few things have broken but they've been fairly swift to fixing the issues with the house. That's my own experience. Thank you!

  WE had a very positive experience having Pulte build our Arizona home. This is my 4th home with 4 different builders and Pulte's quailty was by far the best. The entire experience for our first meeting at the sales office to completing our 1 year warranty services Pulte has been fantastic.

  We purchased a home a year ago. Pulte has delivered on every promise made. Neal Eric our sales associate was great. Daniel Berumen the Forman that handles warranty issues has been very responsive and has delivered on everything he said he would. Pulte will definitely get my business again if I purchase in another new community.

  When you first walk into the subdivision to their office, you come in contact with Erik Neal. Erik is a wonderful person to deal with,is not pushy, friendly and very knowledgeable. We walked into his office and explained we’d like to see the smallest house that they have. He promptly gave us a map and pointed us in the right direction. I fell in love with the place and to make a long story short I am now living here. Very nice area, good location, and beautiful houses. Please make this one of your first stops.
