  Just want to say start it off decent renting from PMI. After the first year we had issues with leaky roof leaky faucets and carpet coming up around edges. We decided that we were going to move out and gave notice that we were moving out. The last day when we were finishing loading our things they showed up at our driveway with a piece of paper stating that we owed them extra money for not renewing our lease and being month to month. We forgot to leave the garage door opener and had text messages with the property manager stating that it was okay to drop it off inside the house on the counter. When doing that they reported to the police that we were trespassing and due to that was issued a warrant for my arrest. When going into court everything was dropped because they had false information. Now they are trying to report to the credit bureau that we owe them money. Now I am having to seek an attorney for falsely being arrested and for having to now try to get it off of my credit report. We were completely paid in full. STAY AWAY FROM PMI LAKE HAVASU!!!!!!!!

  Steer clear of PMI in Lake Havasu! They kept 200.00 of our 1000.00 deposit for no good reason. We have had winter rentals for the past 12 years and ALWAYS had our full deposit refunded! Very deceitful company!
