  Cindy Pearce with Keller Williams was our realtor in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was very professional and knowledgeable in selling our home. Cindy took a great interest in our home and yard. She listened to our expectations on selling and gave us realistic advice. We followed her experience and advice since she knows the fluctuations of the market. She listened to our appreciation of our property and wrote up a true and thorough description. Cindy had professional photos taken of our home inside and out and the property. Cindy had sufficient open houses. Our home was advertised around the world and was purchased by a couple outside of the U.S. We were kept well informed of the progress since we had already moved out of state.   Cindy was fantastic! She answered any questions we had and assisted us throughout the process. As first-time home buyers we were a bit nervous, but Cindy really made the whole experience great. She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and was happy to tour as many houses as we needed until we found the one perfect for us. 10/10 would recommend
