  Julie is a wonderful person/realtor who really loves her work! We happened upon her because we found a home online she listed and ended up skillfully representing both the seller and us. Additionally all parties were very happy with her professionalism and ability to be honest as well as quite knowledgeable about the Kingman area, a place which she has called home for many years! Our transaction was unusual because we did the whole thing online! We actually didn’t see our property in person until a month after closing when we were able to fly from Kentucky and walk through it! Julie was our eyes, ears and knows the area very well. We would highly recommend her as one of our best agents especially after all the homes we have purchased over the years!

  What can I say? I met Julie in December 2025, expressing my desire to move to the Kingman area to escape the winters of Minnesota. Knowing that I couldn't move until the summer of 2026, she took meticulous notes of what I was looking for in a house, and we began looking in earnest at the end of March 2026. Julie provided me with timely updates that fit my wants and my price range. She showed me multiple listings on three different occasions to make sure that I saw all the properties available during my timeline, as I am a seasonal small business owner. An incredible listener, she shared with me through her experience in the Kingman area of which homes to focus on, and those that would not benefit me long term. She heard my concerns and addressed each one of them all the way past closing. Many, many people are in their professions and just go through the motions. Julie has a passion for real estate business, as she truly wants to help people find their new home. She is well connected in the community in regards to services that homeowners need which provides a comfortable to new homeowners, and she did a great job of follow up with me during the entire process. What can I say? I think I just did. If you are looking for a realtor that loves her craft, you pick Julie.

  My husband and I decided to relocate to Kingman, Arizona from California. We did not know anyone in the area. We consulted with Julie Anderson in Oct. 2024. She was friendly, professional and accommodating to us. She showed us several properties through out the city. We had great choices to consider. She advised us how the process would go and had great advise when we asked. We found our home! At our request, we were on a fast track for move in. Julie kept us updated every step of the way. She is committed to excellence with every aspect of the transaction. If she couldn't answer a question for us on the spot, she would call us back as soon as she had one. She has expertise in her field and knows the area very well. She is gracious and thankful and treated us with respect. I would greatly recommend Julie for ALL of your real estate needs.
