  I have had Alvin come to my house a few times now and he is great! He has changed my filters multiple times, and each time he cleans my vents, he goes above and beyond every time. He also knows his way around an AC unit my unit wasn’t blowing cold air and by the time he was done with it, it was blowing very cold. Five stars for Alvin!

  So far weve just gone thru the application process and they were fantastic. Daniel was in constant communication and I felt he was honest and transparent at every step. There were some hurdles to get past to get the final approval but Daniel explained each step well and provided multiple options at every step. I feel like we are fully informed and prepared for our new home. And the community is beautiful. It was very quiet when I did my tour and the team was totally no pressure at the tour they let me view the unit I wanted and answered all of my questions but we're never pushy or salesy like some rental agents can be. We are thoroughly please with the whole experience thus far and are so excited for our new home. My dogs will love the fenced in backyard and the huge on site dog park. Those were the main selling points for us. Also if you are looking to get a storage unit you should ask about garage availability. They were not nearly as expensive as I expected them to be and are the perfect solution since we are downsizing from 3 beds and 1400 sf to 2 beds and 1000 sf. I would highly recommend taking a look here if you're looking for something in the area. I will update after move in and let you know how my experience working with the community staff is and how we like living there!!
