  I have had one of the best visits and tour at Ironwood Homes at the Rosefield, I met the staff in the lobby when entering Laura D. the assistant was very kind and professional she took us on the tour all round, the community and was patient, and explained the rental details the place is beautiful and we're applying immediately.

  I toured Ironwood at Rosefield with Curtis and ended up signing at another Mark Taylor property down the road, so take this for what it's worth: he gave me the best property tour I've had. He opened by actually asking what I was looking for instead of walking me straight to whatever unit he needed to move. Then he remembered it. Pricing was straight. Fees were straight. When I asked what was available, he told me what was available, not some version of it engineered to make me decide faster. He walked me through the amenities and actually KNEW the surrounding area, and never once acted like he was watching the clock. He kept answering questions after I left, too, including after I'd told him I was likely going a different direction. Everything he said he'd send, he sent. The part that stuck with me: the residents knew him. Someone had left a coffee waiting at his desk. Whatever he's doing clearly doesn't stop once the lease is signed. He's a staple in that community. I went with another property because my girlfriend and I have dogs and Ironwood doesn't have a dog park. That's the only reason. If it did, I'd be living here. Curtis, thank you. Whoever manages him should know!

  I was recently looking for places to rent. I saw the listing for Ironwood Homes at the Rosefield so I walked in without an appointment to inquire about the rentals. Ramsey Lesnett walked up and introduced himself. He took me on a tour of the premises and townhome no questions asked. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Was very professional. I would definitely refer him and ironwood homes. Thank you very much Ramsey !!

  We just moved in, and so far our experience has been a very positive one. From the beginning, Ramsey was the first person to help us with the leasing process. We were relocating from Virginia, so there were a lot of moving parts, but he made everything much easier. He was always responsive, patient, and available whenever I had questions. Everyone we’ve interacted with in the front office has been friendly and helpful as well. I’d also like to recognize the maintenance team. Mateo came to our townhouse very promptly after we moved in and addressed each of my concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents. Moving can be stressful, but everyone at Rosefield has made us feel welcome. The professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness we’ve experienced so far have really stood out, and we’re excited to be part of the community.

  Living at Ironwood Homes at The Rosefield feels like my own desert oasis, with my newly built luxury home offering contemporary finishes, spacious floor plans, and stunning mountain views right from my backyard. I love spending time at the resident courtyard's private resort-style pool, and the clubhouse with its HDTV living room is a great spot to unwind or socialize with neighbors. Staying active is easy with the 24-hour fitness club equipped with Technogym equipment, and having my own washer and dryer at home makes everyday living simple. As a pet owner, I really appreciate that this is such a pet-friendly community, and the covered parking and on-site management give me extra peace of mind. Being surrounded by elevated design and everyday convenience, with easy access to Waddell's best dining, shopping, and entertainment, has made this such a wonderful place to call home.
