  If you’re wondering if this is a good place to live, I’d love to reassure you that this is a GREAT place to live! This has by far been the best living experience I’ve had from the community, to the approval process, the communication, and the staff. The property has beautiful homes, a family- and pet-friendly environment, and an engaging community and staff. With that being said, I’d love to give some personal shoutouts! I recently had a very unfortunate situation happen at my residence late at night, and I had to call emergency maintenance. Not only did Mateo respond quickly, but he arrived very fast too. He helped me with the next steps and made the whole process go much smoother, and remained in communication every step of the way. I could tell he truly cared about helping resolve the situation. I also want to give a shoutout to Fred (I really hope that was his name), Mateo’s supervisor, because he also came to the rescue and helped figure out my situation while getting other things resolved too. I’d also like to shout out Laura and Curtis! They’ve both been amazing at communicating and supporting me as a resident from the moment I first became interested in the property up until now. My whole experience here has honestly been amazing. The Mark Taylor company is truly the Trader Joe’s of leasing companies and that’s coming from a former employee of Scion Group (no shade). They hire people who truly care about your experience and it just makes living here so much better. It’s been a very holistic and genuine experience and I couldn’t be more grateful!

  What a beautiful community!! I got to do a self-guided tour with my partner and kids back in March, and we all just knew that this community would be a perfect place for our family!! ❤️❤️ Not too many places have playgrounds and fun activities for the kids to enjoy, and that’s what really stood out to us. So we applied and got APPROVED! I received help from Curtis through various emails and phone calls, and throughout the entire process, he was very patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Yesterday was key pick-up day, which went amazing—we got to work with Ramsey 🫶🏽. Getting set up for our new home with Ramsey was such a great experience. He made us feel welcomed and cared for. Ramsey works pretty fast while still being knowledgeable and understanding. It’s amazing to have someone like that in the office ❤️. Thank you to everyone who helped us throughout our leasing process. I appreciate you all, and I’m excited to be a part of this community!

  I am incredibly impressed with the maintenance service provided by Mateo. I submitted several request for our unit and he arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it with professional care. He was not only efficient but also took the time to explain the repair and left the area spotless. Mateo really went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were resolved. Also, all the staff here are just amazing -Fred, Ramsey, Curtis & Laura. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire process. It is rare to find such dedicated staff, and it makes a world of difference living here. Thank you for your hard work!

  I really enjoy living here. There have been many days where I have traveled to and from home and recounted how much I enjoy this specific spot and although it may be far from city center, I’d never want to live at any other location in the metropolitan area. More than the mountain views, easy access to highways, leasing promotions, and regular community events, Norma, Laura, and Curtis make this community what it is. Any property can give you “specials” to sign a lease, but what is most important is how you’re consistently treated after you move in and they haven’t changed since the day I toured. I’ve lived here for almost a year and never have I left the leasing office regretting I moved in. Any concern I have is always met with authenticity, presence, warmth, and a smile. That’s hard to find in an industry where leasing turnover can be unbearably high and filled with incompetent employees who don’t care about their job. It’s different here! You can tell they are invested in and valued as employees and that is palpable when they interact with us. They know me by name, because they all genuinely care, down to the maintenance staff. S/O to Freddy and Mateo. Making an intentional effort to take care of the people who live here makes this place feel special and creates a deep-seated sense of security and ease. Depending on where you stay in the community, you will hear loud planes, occasional trains, and automobiles, but it hasn’t been so disruptive that it outweighs the pros to the point of wanting to leave. I really like it here. The neighborhood is quiet. The leasing staff is always thinking of creative ways to bring the community together- food trucks, a Christmas gift wrapping station, a community-wide dinner, pet events, a create-your-own-bouquet for mom, and all events are communicated through the community portal. I’m still waiting for poolside karaoke. **wink** I’ve seen many of the neighborhood children knock on doors to assemble, ride bikes, and play together after school. It’s nice to hear. Neighbors wave and speak. There’s also lots of sidewalk to take a stroll at dawn or dusk. You truly get what you give at the Rosefield. Value what the community has to offer and you won’t be disappointed here.

  Wow front door service! I had got a notification that my package had been delivered when I went to go locate my package it was not at my front door. I called the office & was informed that my package had got delivered to the wrong home. I was not able to go & get the package due to the weight of the package. Some time had went by and I'm looking out of my front window & notice our maintenance guy Mateo pulling up in the Cart with a huge box I got excited & thank him with a big smile on my face. Front Door service for real! Now that is what you truly call someone taking time out of their day to take care of someone else. 💯 fo sho Mateo ty kindly again & God bless you and your family greatly
