  Let me preface that i do enjoy living here, and I enjoy the community and the staff. The people are great, and always helpful when I call or have any concerns or questions. And I’ve met many wonderful neighbors. The park is a great touch, even though the trashes aren’t always emptied. We have an issue with their not being enough dumpsters to account for the amount of units, but the compactor in the back is nice when it isnt locked. BUT I am making this anonymously because I have no reason to need the office to retaliate, I just believe they need to focus on real issues in the complex, and not mediocre things that don’t harm anyone. I do enjoy living here, but they have some issues & definitely lied during the tours. YOU CANNOT USE THE “COMMUNITY ROOM” WHERE THEY HAVE THE POOL TABLE. I have asked, the office told us our keys wont open it, and they dont like to let residents have access because they want to keep it nice??? Okie. So cant use something we pay for. Cool. Whatever. The pool is closed often due to people being negligent, or disrespectful. And apparently we can no longer have our kids birthdays there, I assume due to people not cleaning after themselves. This doesn’t affect me personally, so it’s whatever, but im sure its a downer for people who live here with their kids and cannot afford to rent a place for birthdays. It is low income after all. But… this one is really annoying. They like to change the rules quite literally every single month. The most recent and dumbest one, we cant have doormats now!!??? I understand having no trash or shoes and stuff outside our doors, but this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard especially since these apartments are so poorly built. The baseboard aren't sealed so tons of bugs, ants, crickets, dirt get inside. The rubber flooring isn't installed properly so there are gaps that hold dirt, and now we cant have a doormat to help keep dirt out?!? Dont even get me started on the unlevel doors and frames so the weather stripping isnt set properly, and the doors have trouble closing, which lets tons of bugs in. But the BIGGEST ISSUE with that is they do not enforce the rules to everyone. So if you live on the ground floor, expect to be harassed with the dumbest rules. Because management wont climb to the 2nd & 3rd floors to give them notices about things at their front door, or to the back units. Because how can someone have a table, plants, a doormat, a wreath all right at their door by the stairs for MONNNTTTHHHSSSS and never get in trouble?? But we have a doormat on the GROUND FLOOR and get notices??. You cant enforce a rule and only make certain people follow it?? Photos of proof after AUG 7th when they were supposed to verify things were removed. only 2nd & 3rd floor getting away with stuff that first floor get harassed for having out… and I bet everyone in management has a doormat at their home in front of their door. Because it’s to KEEP DIRT OUT! So idk why we aren’t allowed to try and keep our homes clean. Bc i know you and your maintence team arent gunna remove your shoes before you enter my home or anyone elses for that matter. Stop changing the rules every month people are tired and too busy to be worried about management complaining over A DOORMAT!!! If someone has an insensitive one. Then make them remove it. They should worry about the broken down cars, and people who leave their dogs on the patios for hours on end, people who are still speeding through the parking lot avoiding the speed bumps, people who are still smoking their cigarettes and crap off their patios, and the constant police.We literally had the swat team and police all here a month or so ago. And your worried about doormats. Now i removed the apartment numbers for their privacy but the first number shows what floor it is on. And this is just a couple. I’ve walked the complex and there is multiple units that have plants, signs, wreaths, tables ect at their doors.

  Ive lived here for 11 months now, and I plan on resigning for another year. Haven't had any emergency fixes in the apartment but the two minor issues were addressed within a day. Nicole in the office is amazing and very easy to speak with. I feel very lucky to have found this place. Safe community and my daughter loves the amenities as well as the kids in the neighborhood.

  Estrella springs is a great place to live. Angelina helped me through the process, she explained everything and made it easy to apply and move in. She is very professional and is a great person! Very nice and very helpful. I give her and my new home a 10/10!
