The loan department is awful and never responds to calls or emails and sales 100% scammed me out of a lot of money. I have over 10 signed documents that said one number and then on signing day it was over 10k higher and they refused to change it even when I had proof they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would never get a loan through Pulte again it was the worst experience and I’ve purchased several homes in the past. But the house itself is great so you can thank your construction workers for that.
