  Updating my previous (1 ⭐️) review. Originally after I felt mistreated, overlooked, ignored, and basically disregarded. I received an email about a payment that I owed to the property after my previously terrible experience during the initial application process. I did in fact owe it, and went to the office (really didn’t want to, felt awkward and uninviting) I spoke to Mirian. Was she a breath of fresh air. She was nice, attentive, and assured me she would contact who needed to be contacted regarding my concern. Within an hour she sent me an email with a resolution. She was swift and fast and showed care even though I was previously denied. She didn’t treat me like crap, she treated me like a person. And that’s all I wanted from the beginning. Respect, fairness, and concern. She is the reason I went from a 1 star to a 5 star. I wish that I would have went through her from the beginning of the process. I know for a FACT she would have took the time to verify my income! She would have did her best to make sure my application was approved to the best of her ability Instead of throwing me to the way side like oh well/whatever like the other agent did. Thank you Mirian for turning a terrible renting experience into a better ending. Thank you!

  Our maintenance man Carrie( not sure how to spell his name) is always wonderful and such a joy to be around! He always follows up with our maintenance request next day! 10/10 service :)

  I have had a great experience at BB so far! Fahren and Mirian, my leasing consultants, have both been incredibly kind and helpful. The townhomes are spacious and having a two-car garage is a huge plus. The amenities are clean, and the nearby park is great for walks. The maintenance team has also been amazing. My requests have always been completed within 1–2 days, and Kerry is always friendly, respectful, and happy to help with any issues that come up. The community is quiet, and my neighbors have been polite and respectful. One area that could use improvement is phone communication. It can be extremely difficult to reach the staff by phone. However, they are timely when responding to emails. At the time of this review, I was told they are working to improve their phone communication, and I hope to see that improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at BB and hope it continues to be a great place to call home!

  Highly recommend! This is the best community I’ve lived in by far. I’ve been here for over a year and it’s quiet, safe, and well maintained. The gym is open 24/7, there’s nightly security, and everyone is friendly. The heated pool and hot tub are easily the cleanest I’ve seen. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and helpful. The office staff is responsive, takes the time to explain things, follows up in writing, and hosts different events every month. Being next to Bullard Wash Park/GSQ area makes the area surprisingly walkable, especially for Arizona, and I can’t recommend it more.
