Living at BB LIVING has been such a great experience! I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team for always being so attentive, professional, and quick to respond whenever anything is needed. They stay on top of everything and consistently do an amazing job keeping the property running smoothly.
The leasing office staff is also incredible MIRIAN AND FAHREN are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and responds very quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of.
Property Manager JAMIE stays on top of all concerns and address everything right way. Very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. It’s hard to find people in this industry who truly care about the needs of their residents and she is never lacking!
The property is always very well kept, clean, and maintained beautifully. Maintenance is always on top of their job, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. I appreciate every last one of them for all of their hard work and dedication! Highly recommend living here!

I don't even know where to begin with this review, so I'll just start with the fact that we had been bamboozled right from the jump.
Everything seemed so good to be true when we were viewing the moving in process and the payments for BB Living; but honestly, it was almost too good to be true.
At the beginning when my husband and I were looking to move from Georgia to Arizona for October 2024, we were trying to get in contact with the leasing team, and that was a hassle. We had read reviews about it was hard to get in contact with the team, but then my husband and I found a work around to get in contact with them.
Upon leaving for Arizona, we had double and triple-checked about their security deposit program, and we thought we were set; however, fast-forward to May 2026, we are still dealing with them and their shenanigans.
Our lease agreement ended in January 2026, and we made sure that we were all set to get all of our expenses squared away before our lease ended. The property manager, who is no longer there, told us the wrong financial information as to what we owed at the time of move out.
Secondly, the security deposit program that we were told would be applied to our move-out expenses were not even applied to our move-out expenses; and we were told this via email from the property management company.
Thirdly, we got an email from the property management company that our account was going to Collections because we did not pay our fees in a timely manner.
And lastly, we were told that we would have this matter looked into prior by BB Living as this was a mistake on their part.
We had been trying to call for months via phone and email communication and we have been left in the dust and hung up on.
I would strongly advise you that if you are looking to find a home in renting with this complex, trust the rough reviews.
They are here for a reason and do not take it lightly as it might leave you feeling ignored, frustrated, and bamboozled. And to BB Living, I hope you all do a better job in the future with being honest and transparent with your clients.

I have been living here for about 2 years now. Don’t believe the website. This place does not take resident issues seriously The staff on property hold a responsibility to help keep this place going. They don’t. They ignore the issues then post blame on the resident. I mainly moved into bb living homes for the advertised living environment they say they have. They don’t. ‘seamless rental lifestyle’ you’d think that would mean at least having a good team of staff to help steer the problems these homes will have. But to not even care to fix these issues in a timely manner is not okay at all. Also to not fix it correctly is also horrible then to blame the resident is far from seamless rental lifestyle. We have had issues with our glass shower door for about a year now. On going. I’ve placed several work orders for this same door and it’ll be sitting for months. No one comes to give an update. No email update on repairs to be done not even a call or email about what’s going on with the issue. Months go by. With a work order still pending because no one has done anything to fix the issue. I go down to the office again and only after that did they finally get a move on repairing the door. After the repair was completed we got a note from bb living saying we’ve had a lot of work orders and that they can be resident caused and will effect our deposit. After said note was given the glass door messed up again! So I mentioned the letter to the repair man that was fixing the glass door and he told me that we aren’t the only ones living in bb living civic square homes with the same shower door problem. They were installed wrong in the first place. When we had the plumbing issue when we first move in I got SEVERAL emails from the office saying it can be resident cause problems. since we had just moved in i knew it wasn’t. It’s the lack of professionalism and sense of urgency that really makes this place not “seamless” at all. We even pay extra for the upkeep of the neighborhood but the parks are dirty and the propane is out of order often at the grilling area.But when you mention this to the staff nothing gets resolved. No change. I hope this helps anyone who is wanting a real seamless rental lifestyle like myself. If you do this is not the property management for you. Please do your research so you don’t waste your time and money on a company that handles themselves this way. Good communication and work ethic would definitely help this place improve. I feel this company only cares about the high deposits they can take from you. They wanna say the glass shower door can be resident caused when I’ve been sending in work orders for it for months consistently because whatever they do to fix it only lasts a week. It never got fixed the right way. Still hasn’t. The maintenance team here should be working with the repair company to make sure these issues are fixed correctly so we don’t have so many constant problems. I’ve been paying for 3 working showers but really only 2 are functional. Property staff! please if you’re reading this, go check on my work order for the broken glass shower door I submitted that’s been placed “on hold” for 4 days now. call a repair company to fix my broken shower door the right way so we can end this ongoing door problem. How is this seamless rental living? These people put more energy into trying to blame the resident for the issues instead of just SOLVING the issue.

Have lived in this community since early 2024. Upon application I would have given 5 stars. A lot was promised; clean community, strict protocols, fast service with maintenance and a low traffic Goodyear community. The reality is, there’s very high turnover so you never know what kind of neighbors you’ll be living next to. It doesn’t appear that community rules are being enforced to keep up with the aesthetic of the neighborhood. Random people herd in and park in the community to go to the neighboring park and take up street parking from the residents, which is already limited due to the high number of residents per lease. The positive is the unit itself! It is beautiful, well made, new and spacious. If management would make this a gated community and enforce residents to follow community rules, I would definitely recommend it as a great place to live.

Soo this was a nice place to live until we were living with and the office had no regard for our unsafe rodent infested living conditions! Mind you other people inside this community are also having these issues! We started having problems back in July 2025 with finding rat droppings in our pantry and in our bathtub upstairs. Pest control came out and assessed our unit (2196). They took weeks to come out and place traps. By the time they actually came out again, we had already captured the rat ourselves. Maintenance did come out and sealed entry points. We thought we had rid ourselves of the rats. However in the beginning of December 2025 we heard rats in our walls yet again. Pest control wasn’t even contacted until late December and then traps weren’t activated until beginning of January. Pest control came out and put traps in the attic but the rats had already burrowed their way into the insulation. Pest control notified the office multiple times that the rats were in the vents/walls multiple times and the people in the office decided to do nothing with that information. In late February, when we finally broke down and turned on our HVAC system, rat POOP flew down from our vents. That’s finally when management took us seriously but even then they didn’t believe us. We had to move because our kids kept getting really sick since they were breathing in rat fecal matter. The day before we moved a rat head poked out of the vents!!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They have no regard for anyone’s living conditions! All they want is money! They also tried to charge us $3000 a month to live with rats! They never believed us after all the videos and pictures we have which I will attach! Pest control had to walk a rat dropping and put it in their face for them to even believe us! I’m sure they will still continue to let this be a problem!
