  Maintenance guys are on point. Pierre came and got our smart rent machine working again and bonus moved it out of my kids view to mess with it again XD very much appreciated

  Maintainence at Velaire is the best. All of the maintenance guys are great, very friendly and courteous. We recently had Pierre service our air conditioner because it wasn't cooling. He responded same day, diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. Our apartment was cool and comfortable by dinnertime.
