  This place used to feel safe but not anymore. They claim to have security for safety or whatever but my mom's car back window was busted open during the night and she was parked right out front of our apt building right in the open in uncovered parking and wasn't secluded or hidden by anything and was even near the light source so her vehicle was very visible. They do not maintain the buildings near the lake areas so its COVERED in spiderwebs and mosquito nests and requesting maintenance to clear it doesn't guarantee that it'll be cleaned and cleared to the standard you'd expect given the high rent. The price of rent here is not worth it anymore and now the feeling of safety is a thing of the past. Do not recommend.

  Was approved , was sent over the lease to sign! Then was told it was a mistake and my application is still being processed no communication since then!! Would not recommend

  Pierre was awesome! He responded immediately to our maintenance call and was in and out within 10min for a leak we had. Very kind and helpful! Thank you!

  Maintenance guys are on point. Pierre came and got our smart rent machine working again and bonus moved it out of my kids view to mess with it again XD very much appreciated
