  DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL was here for short time didn’t last long , management talks down on you will give other residents your apt number , I gave my kids social in a folder in the drawer and I came back n maintenance was seen on camera going on and I came back and my kids social was out on the floor and also some snacks I had for my kids ,Make sure your liked before u move in they won’t let you in to get ur belongings even if a constable says u have 14 days and they will charge you all 14 days and have it on ur record people rarely last here because of how bad the apartments me maintenance leaves your light on all day when they come in if they ever do , Belinda always has an attitude and Valerie is right behind her

  Very poor management. Belinda will be having a bad day and takes it out on all of her residents. Every time she is doing her walkthrough it’s like you have to hide from her! She likes to micromanage her residents and talks about you to other residents! Don’t get me started on the roach and bed bug problem they have here!! I lived there for 3-4 months and I couldn’t STAND it!! Really, the only thing it’s good for is the circle k within walking distance. This place clearly does no background checks because the day I moved in there was 3 people moving out and 2 couples arguing! People don’t control their dogs on the leash and the park is disgusting! They never answer the phone for residents and lie about several maintenance requests! I remember I waited a week for them to fix my shower!!! One day I was 6 maintenance requests away from getting it fixed then the next day I was 12 maintenance requests away!!? HOW?? The pool is ALWAYS closed!! WHYY??? You have 0 privacy here and I advise you to NOT move here u less you are DESPERATELY IN NEED!!! There’s always someone strung out by the gym!! ALWAYS!! RUN!!!

  I have no issue, the staff is great and don’t let me leave out friendly. The complex is quiet and safe. I felt safe coming in from part-time jobs as a single woman. Rent is totally affordable. My apartment is clean and spacious and modern.

  This place is horrible. There are plenty of street people that live in the parking lots regularly, when we first moved in we were told they had night security but that’s rare. Very rare they actually have anybody out there. Also, MOVE OUT SHAKEDOWN. They are under new management that doesn’t even know how bad the units were when you moved in. Lots of drug addicts here, they finally started evicting a bunch of people. Every unit I see they go in and replace carpet etc. lots of things in our unit stopped working like outlets, ceiling fans etc. maintenance is horrible. My wife and I paid to break lease early and leave. THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU FOR THE COST TO FIX UP THE UNITS NOW. The new management stepped in to a complex that was being neglected and are trying to fix up the units, they are being honest about that. What they won’t admit to you is they are hitting people with these renovation costs at move out acting like replacing the old stuff in the unit is from tenant neglect. HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY. Also horrible with cockroaches. This place is a joke.
