  Set my apartment flooded. And then when I called to see if they were going to take anything off for rent since I've had to stay somewhere else for 5 days due to the flooding in the construction that they were doing all night. Mind you I'm pregnant and can't breathe in those chemicals and I come back to apartment where they completely trashed my stuff my products for my hair we're completely Spilled Out ruined in the garbage. This is the worst place I have ever rented from spend the extra money go somewhere else not only do they have infestation of roaches, the management is awful won't help you for anything we've had a street bike stolen from here our car is broken into apartment that I put a deposit sold right out from underneath me I was told oops sorry it happens, and then flooding in my apartment and they won't do anything to even take a little off the rent nothing this is the worst apartment complex do not rent here management is completely awful.

  I don’t entirely know how to start but i’ve seen a few reviews talking about domuso and the extra fees they charge but ive never in the year i’ve been here got charged fees on domuso it was all fees that were discussed on move in day and that were documented in my lease. As for the area, the complex can’t help that, i’ve had some interesting encounters for sure but nothing that felt life-threatening or made me concerned about my safety. And the complex can’t help who their tenants are to an extent, because some encounters have been with the tenants and that’s not necessarily something that the complex can control aside from the background checks they do. I do want to touch on the pricing, I’m choosing to move closer to family and it is a nicer area then here and it’s only $75 more for a 2 bed 2 bath and i am/was paying $1200 for a one bedroom here i know i did get the renovated unit here but i did at the next place as well so i can 100% say rent here isn’t ideal. Another con would be that there’s a lot of dog poop or cat poop, maybe both, always in inconvenient spots, but again that’s mainly the tenants, it’s a big ish complex i don’t expect it to be perfect, but most tenants tend to be sloppy, judging based off them not picking up their pets waste, but i do love that doggy bags are provided but it’s sad the tenants chose not to take advantage of the doggy bags but they can only do so much! Another thing is I did have a roach infestation at one point and maintenance was notified. Exterminators came out the very next day around 1pm and ever since they sprayed i hadn’t found another roach. it sucks that i had to deal with that but they were fast an efficient with it and handled it well. maintenance here overall is amazing in my opinion, i always see jay i believe his name is, he also came out and fixed my ac, it was maybe 4 hours max with no ac probably felt like longer to me because it was the middle of summer lol, but super sweet guy! and the ac going out i’m sure is typical in the summer with houses, complexes, condos everything, this AZ heat is bound to ruin stuff!! There was one time i also put in a maintenance request for my dishwasher to be fixed in february and i gave them permission to enter of course, but i never followed up or anything i work a lot so my brain was probably jumbled at the time but i go into the resident app in like april, to see a reply from maintenance guy back in february said my dishwasher was fixed and i said no way ! sure enough it was! i was so flabbergasted i honestly thought i wouldn’t ever have a working dish washer here. As for the actual unit i am/was in, if there was anything out of the ordinary i took a picture just in case for when i move out they know it wasn’t me that did it lol, but nothing major of course, i will say one drawer in the kitchen and my bedroom door were screwed in all wacky some might say it’s a “landlords special” or “renters special” something like that but it was honestly no biggie, just hoping they don’t try to charge me for them being screwed in wacky lol. 4 stars for the ladies in the front office that helped over the year, and for the maintenance team, especially jay!

  I would strongly recommend thinking twice before moving into this complex. There are serious maintenance issues throughout the building. I currently have what appears to be mold in my apartment, and I know I am not the only tenant in my building dealing with it. Unfortunately, whenever these issues are brought to management’s attention, it seems like the response is to claim that it isn’t mold and simply cover it up rather than properly addressing the underlying problem. Maintenance has also been extremely frustrating. I have submitted requests for major leaks and other serious issues and specifically stated that they need to contact me before entering because I work and have a large dog. They will call me, I will literally watch the phone ring once, and then they will go to my apartment. When they cannot enter because of my dog, they become upset with me and cancel the maintenance request. I then have to start the process all over again and can end up waiting months for someone to come back. I am not going to kennel my dog every single day on the off chance that maintenance decides to show up months after I submitted a request, especially when I specifically asked them to contact me beforehand. What concerns me even more is the lack of urgency when it comes to resident safety. My entire building has been dealing with ongoing issues involving my next-door neighbor since July. There have been multiple police reports made by several residents, yet the strange behavior and harassment have continued. In the beginning, it genuinely felt like management was taking the situation seriously and trying to help. Unfortunately, as time has gone on, it no longer feels like they care about my safety or the safety of the other residents. As a young woman, I do not feel safe living here. I have done everything I possibly can to get help, including reporting the situation and involving law enforcement, and somehow the harassment still does not seem to be enough to result in meaningful action. Residents should not have to feel unsafe in their own homes while repeatedly asking management for help. Between the maintenance issues, apparent mold, poor communication, extremely long wait times, and the way ongoing safety concerns have been handled, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. I regret living here and would not choose to live here again.
