- ECErnesto CutinoJul 22, 20261.0POR FAVOR ! no vivan en este lugar,es una completa estafa cuando termine su contrato te van a cobrar una buena cantidad de dinero por cosas que ni vas a entender y ni hablar del bill del agua,a parte de ser un lugar bastante caro es bien inseguro,si no te roba el carro algún maldito vagabundo te lo lleva la grúa,las cucarachas están por todas partes y la lista es larga,solo espero que este mensaje le llegue a las personas para que no pasen por el mismo infierno que viví tanto yo como las demás personas que ahí vivimos .
- LPLeyanis PenaJul 22, 20261.0Cuando miras las fotos todos muy bonito, pero a la hora de la verdad nada sirve, me robaron un carro, me le rompieron la ventana al de mi hijo y cuando fui a reclamar, las cámaras nunca servían. Tuve que vivir con cucarachas todo el tiempo, porque para ellos era imposible resolver ese asunto. A la hora que te vas a salir se inventan miles de cuentos y excusas para no devolver el deposito que tanto te exigen para poder rentarte. Tienes mal trato cuando vas a exigir tus derechos. Para mi el personal de la oficina necesita mucha capacitación para poder atender a sus inquilinos. No lo recomiendo para nada.

It's a place they paint as beautiful, but the truth is, the cockroaches never went away the entire time I lived there. They frequently drained the water, the pool was practically always closed, and if something broke, you had to wait more than two weeks for them to finally come and fix it. The office never resolved anything. Unfortunately, you have to stay there until your contracts expire, because otherwise, I would have left the first week. That's my personal opinion. For me, it's not a good place to live.
- ABAlec BoonJun 10, 20265.0I lived in these apartments for 2 years and can say that the customer service is top notch, the ladies in the front office are always welcoming and always willing to help me with any problems I have, the units themselves are a bit dated and and need some renovations as well as bug treatments but as I said very nice people and A really nice pool
