- ABAlec BoonJun 10, 20265.0I lived in these apartments for 2 years and can say that the customer service is top notch, the ladies in the front office are always welcoming and always willing to help me with any problems I have, the units themselves are a bit dated and and need some renovations as well as bug treatments but as I said very nice people and A really nice pool

Apart from the terrible hygiene including pests and flies with terrible maintenance, the laundry rooms don't work properly with your keys. Not only did I have a horrible experience living there, I had problems after moving out because they didn't give us any type of bill during the time period and they resorted to debt collection. Apart from being old and ugly, they ruin your credit. No matter how clean and in place you maintain the apartments, these problems will still be there. (Plus the dog poop smell is horrible and never goes away!)

I was a resident here since 2022 and had to leave due to me needing a bigger space for my kids and me.But I’m grateful for the staff and Kasie working with me when I needed help with rental assistance while I was on maternity leave. It’s not a lot of places now that will work with residents. The apartments are nice for a person who is just starting out or need a new place. Thank you guys for everything ❤️❤️❤️
