  Hi Good morning. Is there a way someone can clean the pool this morning? My children would love to hop in the pool in the hot heat.

  Had lived here for 8 years. Just moved out for living closer to my workplace or I will stay here. Nice modern townhome with your personal garage attached to your home. Spacious terrace was my favorite. Management and maintenance are superb. Esther is the best manager I’ve ever met. She always addresses your problems professionally, quickly and effectively. She and her team is always there to help you. I hadn’t got any emergency maintenance issue during these years. I got my every request addressed. If you are looking for a townhouse apartment, I would recommend you check here.

  I have spent a year living in these apartments and let me tell you, I am LOVING IT! The rooms are great in size. They offer 2 to 3 bedroom with TWO bathrooms apartments. Some apartments are located down or upstairs. Each apartment also includes a one car garage and another parking spot outside of the garage. Free Fitness Center is available and their pool is a decent size, which also includes a jacuzzi. These apartments are pet friendly and for dog lovers, they do have a small dog park. Maintenance is available for any broken item for the apartment. Their service is quick and efficient. Staff is very nice and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend living here. Especially if you're a Glendale Community College student and looking for a place to stay, it's a 12 minute walk away from the school.
