She ended up replacing my toilet with a brand new one, replacing my air filters, and getting a new drain filter for my bathroom sink. This was all done in less than an hour. Very impressed.

She is always so friendly, professional, and efficient, and she makes sure everything is working before she leaves. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job and helping residents. I’m so grateful for all of her hard work and really appreciate having someone like her on the maintenance team!
