The park’s facilities include a welcoming clubhouse that serves as the community’s social hub, on-site laundry facilities for your convenience, and a gated pool for a refreshing dip on hot Arizona days. For those with recreational vehicles, we offer full RV hookups. One of the distinguishing features of our community is direct access to Glendale’s Rose Lane Park & Aquatics Center. Residents can enjoy a zero-depth entry leisure pool with fun spray features, a splash pad for the kids, a thrilling giant slide, a separate kiddie slide, and a larger pool equipped with a diving well and board.
