  NO SE MUDEN AQUIIIII!!!!Mi experiencia no ha sido buena ya q me robaron un paquete y nunca apareció ni hicieron el intento de revisar las cámaras de seguridad,claro porque no fue dinero de su bolsillo tuve q pedirlo nuevamente…lo otro es q firmé el contrato por un precio y nunca pagas lo k es siempre terminas pagando mas aunk pagues los días 1ro,todo aqui es un total desastre,no pueden venir invitados porque ni parqueo hay, tienes que pagar,siempre es tratando de buscar más beneficio y los afectados somos los inquilinos

  I’m only giving it two stars because the people here are pretty decent. However the parking situation alone is a huge no. You do not want to move here unless you are a huge loner and will never have guests, which sucks seeing as it’s in a very social area. These apartments do not care to do parking audits. They use a third party app to rent you out a parking spot that will have a 99% chance that is already taken by someone who didn’t pay and who has probably been there for days. I’ve tried to talk abt this issue with leasing office and what a surprise “it’s not in their hands and they can’t do anything abt it because it’s a third party app “ so then what’s the point of reporting the issue …..This has happened to me multiple times and after 12hr shifts it really is frustrating having to pay for an already taken parking spot. Oh yea and not to mention you’ll end up walking the whole complex because of this issue. It’s not worth moving here at all.

  Bre, Hayden and the maintenance team have been awesome during the move in process. The apartment was in perfect condition at move in and they worked with me to get the best location for a garage. Looking forward to my new home!

  The old guy at the office was rude as hell. I couldn’t complete a delivery because I couldn’t get in to any doors. A nice lady tried to get him to help me since he was in his office. He said he wouldn’t help because he was supposed to be off already but was in there because he had work to do. He was so incredibly rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. I wish I could’ve got his name but he never gave us the chance to even speak and ask ONE question which is all I needed. Simple human decency goes a long way and this guy at 50+ years old still hasn’t learned that. Maybe don’t work there if everything is an inconvenience. Or go work from home if you don’t wanna be bothered. Again, I only needed to ask 1 question. Any decent human being would’ve let me open my mouth to speak at least. (Old guy was here today 06-18-23 at 5:15pm in case anyone wants to ask him why he was so incredibly rude and earned the place a 1 star review.)

  Not a great experience. I was so excited about this apartment and am so disappointed to be writing this but feel I should warn others. The photos on the website are very misleading to what you actually get. If you are getting the smallest apartment beware as they make it look like there is an actual island in the kitchen when in reality it’s just a “movable” island with legs and with shelving underneath so no place for seats to fit at the island and the unit is not big enough to fit any sort of dining room table. $1600 a month for a place where I can’t even sit at a table and eat dinner… I was not pleased with this as it is super misleading on the website. I asked if I could maybe pick a different floor plan and see if they would honor the early bird pricing I got on a new floor plan since I applied and paid the admin fees before the apartments were open and the pricing is now vastly different and they said no. I wasn’t asking them to match the price on my current unit just match the price as they were when we first applied since we were mislead. Not a good look for this place. Ended up cancelling before we signed a lease and found a better apartment elsewhere.
