  My two roommates and I were really excited to start this new chapter, but unfortunately, our experience with the leasing staff was extremely disappointing. We applied in late April to move in at the beginning of July and were approved in late May. After that, communication was terrible. We would email questions and sometimes wait weeks for a response. In June, we received a cost sheet and asked the office to verify the amount, which they did. However, just two days before move-in, they sent us a new cost sheet that was almost $400 more than the original. We were told the first one was sent by mistake. When we asked for an explanation, the numbers kept changing and never seemed to add up. We understood that our credit affected the price, and we were not upset about that. We were upset that we were not told about the increase until two days before moving in and that the staff did not take responsibility for the mistake or offer any solution for the inconvenience. We decided to cancel our move-in and application. We were then told we would receive a refund, but it has now been over a month. I have emailed Hayden from leasing and Connie, the assistant manager, multiple times and have received no response. The apartment has nice amenities, but unfortunately, the staff in the front office made the entire experience horrible. Poor communication, last-minute information, and a lack of accountability made us realize that we were better off not moving in. I would not recommend this place based on our experience with the staff.

  Living here has been great. The community is very quiet. Maintenance is always very respectful and get things done very fast for me Hayden in the office has been amazing along with Connie . The best lady’s in the office. An always take care of anything I have asked about. They treat you like family Community is very clean and they are always on top of cleaning the pools Which is A very big thing with community pools I would definitely recommend living here if you want to be close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment And if you’re native, obviously the Arizona Cardinals stadium Is five minutes away. Absolutely loving it here.

  I’ve had a great experience living here The apartments are well-maintained, comfortable, and have a great overall quality. The community feels welcoming, and I really appreciate the attention to keeping everything clean and in good condition. I’m happy with my decision to live here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

  NO SE MUDEN AQUIIIII!!!!Mi experiencia no ha sido buena ya q me robaron un paquete y nunca apareció ni hicieron el intento de revisar las cámaras de seguridad,claro porque no fue dinero de su bolsillo tuve q pedirlo nuevamente…lo otro es q firmé el contrato por un precio y nunca pagas lo k es siempre terminas pagando mas aunk pagues los días 1ro,todo aqui es un total desastre,no pueden venir invitados porque ni parqueo hay, tienes que pagar,siempre es tratando de buscar más beneficio y los afectados somos los inquilinos

  The old guy at the office was rude as hell. I couldn’t complete a delivery because I couldn’t get in to any doors. A nice lady tried to get him to help me since he was in his office. He said he wouldn’t help because he was supposed to be off already but was in there because he had work to do. He was so incredibly rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. I wish I could’ve got his name but he never gave us the chance to even speak and ask ONE question which is all I needed. Simple human decency goes a long way and this guy at 50+ years old still hasn’t learned that. Maybe don’t work there if everything is an inconvenience. Or go work from home if you don’t wanna be bothered. Again, I only needed to ask 1 question. Any decent human being would’ve let me open my mouth to speak at least. (Old guy was here today 06-18-23 at 5:15pm in case anyone wants to ask him why he was so incredibly rude and earned the place a 1 star review.)
