  Filed an emergency maintenance request since my AC did not work and Shannon called back almost immediately explaining the situation and how best to resolve it. He came out in the morning and both knowledgeably explained what happened and why it happened and fixed the issue. He was very nice the entire time and left the apartment in a better state than he found it. The management has always been very nice and I have never had issues with them. Concerning the apartments, you get what you pay for. These apartments are old, they have their issues. Yes the roaches are a problem, but after spraying every two weeks and putting down sticky traps in all the places that roaches can be, the issue isn’t an issue anymore. I haven’t seen a roach in a month when I used to see one or two a day.

  Heavenly! I've lived here over 2 years. I know people who have lived here 7, 8, and even 13 years! It is so gorgeous, there is a little playground amongst some of the largest trees you'll see around town, it really is an oasis, more so if you like to have a downstairs patio with full enclosure and privacy. That is so rare, and priceless, yet these apartments beat any price around including the standard next door, and smaller nearby apartments with very few amenities that this complex boasts. The pools are pristine as are the park like grounds. The apartments are immaculate, with new appliances, sparkling clean bathrooms you'll want to take a bath in, and so incredibly well planned I still cant get over it after all this time. They also just added a gorgeous clubhouse and pool table. The management is unforgettable, the main boss Christina will handle anything you need with ease, grace, poise and compassion. The two assistant managers, at least thats I would call them, are both so efficient and sharp, you'll be impressed from the minute you walk in the doors. Susan remembers absolutely everything and is always the sweetest although she is always busy and makes all the calls for package pickup which is above and beyond. Paula signed my newest lease with me and helped me to figure out some little bumps in the road with my changes, while also talking me through a very unexpected life occurance and lifting me up so I felt like I could handle anything. This management staff have made this the best living experience I've ever had, how it's so affordable is beyond me, but it really is the best price. I know because I searched for 9 months to find this heavenly apartment complex. I'm truly proud to call this home. Hopefully this only attracts kind neighbors but I thought good people deserve to know. Good luck, live well!!
