  We just closed on one home through Clayton Homes, and we were so delighted we decided to go purchase a 2nd one! I still can’t believe how smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable the entire experience was. Buying a home is supposed to be stressful, overwhelming, and full of headaches… but somehow, this team completely flipped that expectation on its head. From day one, Ashley Miller was an absolute powerhouse. I’m talking next-level service—the kind you hope for but rarely actually get. She didn’t just help us through the process… she OWNED it. Every detail, every question, every moving piece—handled with confidence, clarity, and a level of care that made us feel like we were her only clients (which I know we weren’t!). What really blew us away was how they took on the ENTIRE project. No running around, no confusion, no “you need to call this person” or “that’s not our department.” Nope. They handled EVERYTHING. Coordination, communication, problem-solving—you name it, they were already three steps ahead. It felt less like a transaction and more like having a dedicated team personally invested in making our dream happen. And let me tell you… they DELIVERED. Big time.   Gigi is a great asset to any company or customer she is working with. She is very attentive to others needs. Very knowledgeable about the manufactured home business, if there is a problem to solve she will be with you every step of the way until a resolution.

  Thank you to Ashley for making my tour an awesome experience! You were very kind and understanding and easy to talk to. The homes are beautiful and various upgrades and floor plans are a plus for me! I'm not ready now to buy, but I KNOW who to call when I'm ready! 😊🌞
