The apartment managers and maintenance people are great. Dealing with Western Wealth Communities and Epremium insurance sucks!

Moved out in 2021 due to COVID issues, but never had any issues. So, I moved back once everything was calm again. Estefany in the office has been great. She made sure the apartment was clean and thoroughly listed any needed repairs I noted after my walk through.

I love the complex and convenient location. Estefany made the entire move in process easy and went out of her way to answer all my and families questions. She also provided several different tours as my different children and grandkids wanted to make sure Dad and GPa was going to be ok. My wife passed away 4 years ago and I lived with 2 different daughters. I'm finally ready to live alone(not since college) and Cantala is perfect for me!!! Thanks again Estefany!!!

Estefany was extremely helpful and kind! The whole process from touring the apartments all the way to getting the key was smooth and easy. She helped us at every step of the way. She was so attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Moved in not knowing i would be paying to live in an apartment infested with roaches. Not just a few a full infestation. All different kinds everywhere. Baby roaches and egg sacks everywhere. Seeing multiple roaches a night despite everything i tried. I put traps down which just got full of them. I put poison down didn’t help. The apartment would spray and did one bug bomb. Did not help. What really would’ve helped is if they actually evicted the man who lived above me who was causing the infestation but no that did not happen. I lived with a roach infestation for a year and they did next to nothing. Not to mention all the money i spent and things i owned being covered in roach shit. My sink kept filling up with dirty water and the maintenance just left it like that for a day. Whoever is moving in after me gets to hear every footstep that my new upstairs neighbor makes and his new dog which howls while he’s gone. The refer a friend for $500 was impossible to get. To the point the woman in the front office tried to pit me against my own friend and claim she took the money. They will also make up 8 million random rules as to why they can’t give you the money. All the women who work in the front office are beyond rude. Called before i moved in to see if there was anything i needed to do. They told me I was all set. Then i start to move in and they tell me they actually need a large amount of money or else i can’t move in. Crazy how when i called that was never mentioned! Overall you’re paying a large sum of money to live in fairly awful or roach infested apartment. The office is awful and needs to hire someone who isn’t inherently mean/avoidant. All experiences going there were a nightmare.
