  Fatima and her team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they made the entire move-in process for my friends smooth, stress-free, and effortless. The application and approval process was incredibly fast, and their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly stood out! The property itself is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. You can tell Fatima and her team take great pride in creating a welcoming environment for their residents. I truly appreciate Fatima and her entire team for going above and beyond to make my friends feel right at home. If you're looking for a beautiful place to live with an outstanding management team, I highly recommend this property!

  I’ve enjoyed living here for six months. It’s been a great experience- management is on top of every concern and timely about mantainence. My AC went out one evening and within 30 mins at 8pm mantainence came with a solution.

  From the moment I called and walked into the leasing office mynor was so helpful and kind with the entire process. He gave me a tour and kept up with communication and made the entire process very easy. Thank you mynor! I also have to mention how wonderful the maintenance staff is with resolving issues so quickly and promptly. Francisco came and handled everything in the same day, I notice they make sure the property is maintained and looking beautiful for us residents. Thank you Butler Ridge for keeping our community looking great and for making sure the residents here are well taken care of. It makes such a huge difference. Fatima the leasing manager is always so friendly when I call and makes sure issues are resolved in a timely manner. You are all appreciated!!

  Maintenance staff responded quickly to repair my A/C during a high heat warning. They had it fixed before the afternoon temperatures began to rise.
