From time of applying though out the entire process they were very helpful and willing to assist with any questions I had. They made the process very easy. The maintenance is awesome as well, when I thought I had an issue they came right away to assist. If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, kid and pet friendly environment look no further you are in the right place!

- TATaylor AtwaterSep 27, 20261.0BE AWARE BEFORE MOVING IN HERE !!! MY HOUSE AC GOES OUT EVERY WEEKED AND WE FIELD A COMPLAINT PLENTY OF TIMES AND THEY STILL DID NOT TURN IT ON , AFTER WE PAYED THE BILLS FOR EVERYTHING & THE AC , THIS SOULD BE ILLEGAL TO NOT HAVE AC IN THIS TYPE OF WEATHER!!!!
