  LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE APARTMENTS!! the office staff AMAZING. beautiful people taking care of my husband and i and they’re so thorough and caring! javier is amazing and deserves all the love ! thank you personally!!

  This community is very nice! Staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. The tour with Madi was so amazing & I could really see myself living here. It already feels like home ❤️

  Yes the application process is lengthy and you need to provide alot of information, but in my opinion it is well worth it. Hands down I need to shout out TIFFANY in the file coordination department she truly went above and beyond and made my speedy move in possible! Absolutely no issues with my unit and the amenities are 10/10 very happy to be here thank you every one at the front Madi, Javier, and Chris thank you!

  DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND FOR A MONTH BY CONSTANTLY ASKING FOR MORE PAPERWORK AFTER YOU GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ASK FOR. THEY WILL ALSO COLLECT AND HOLD FUNDS SO THAT YOU CANT GO ELSEWHERE. ONLY TO MISCALCULATE YOUR INCOME AND TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE OVER THE LIMIT. Also the staff is extremely unprofessional and they will not answer your phone calls after they have your money. The “compliance lady” will email you at 4:55pm on Fridays so you are forced to wait until Monday to get absolutely no resolve. She also will not answer the phone and only responds via email in a very slow manner. This whole process has been horrendous. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This place is still empty for a reason.

  I truly found a home here I’m so impressed with the help that I received with making the entire process smooth when I ran into a hiccup they went out of their way to reach out on my behalf and help me they were very nice very kind very helpful I truly feel that it’s a blessing that I’m able to live in such a place that the leasing office and everyone involved truly care about their residents moving in I was invited to attend a backpack giveaway for my children as just a applicant I hadn’t even gotten approved yet there was a welcome gift along with a card I truly feel at home im beyond thankful and happy to be apart of the community
