  Talk about AMENITIES! Had a great tour and staff was welcoming. At the top of my list I can definitely see me and my boys playing hoops!

  Before you decide to look here, you better read this carefully. I started an application to move in here when my house sold in Texas. Once I got the end of the application portion, all of the "waived" fees were not waived. You better budget another $500/month more than what you see online. Needless to say, I never finished the application and never signed a lease. As far as that goes, I never even unfroze my credit for them to check it. Then I get an email (see attachment). They don't answer or return calls. They just think they can fool people in paying this I guess. Management should write this down: when someone doesn't complete an application and tells your staff that they're no longer interested...it means that they're no longer interested.

  My family and I just moved into the Tuscany apartments and we could be more happy! The amenities alone are worth living here and not to mention the staff. We have been here for 2 weeks and so far our experience has been a fantastic one! Highly recommend anyone at least schedule a tour and visit the complex

  Reply to Tuscany at Gabriella Pointe: Thank you for the boilerplate response, but let's be accurate about what’s actually happening here: *The Coffee:** Blaming a vendor doesn’t change the fact that residents pay for amenities that are consistently unavailable. Management is responsible for the vendors they choose. * **Trash & Patios:** There is a massive difference between keeping a community clean and management aggressively nitpicking residents while failing to maintain basic upkeep elsewhere. > * **Smart Home/Keys:** Forcing residents to rely entirely on a glitchy app without offering a physical backup key isn't "convenient"—it's a massive liability and a safety hazard when technology fails. * **Flex Payments:** If management advertises and integrates a specific platform for rent collection, you share accountability when that system fails and threatens residents with late fees. Shifting 100% of the blame to Flex is a cop-out. *Prospective renters: look past the polished PR responses. The daily reality of living here does not match these corporate excuses.
