    I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff here. Always available for any questions I have. The place is kept very clean. They always have fun events and it’s very quiet. I was a little worried about moving into an apartment after living in the house for 15 years. I’m in a transition in my life, but this makes it very cozy and I feel like I’m at a resort.

    After being in this apartment for almost a year now can safely say it’s been headaches non stop since moving in. First issue is neighbors smoking weed on patios and balconies with the smell getting into our apartment through vents and when the weather allowed open windows. We reported exactly who was doing it and when only to be told that they give 3 warnings, then a written warning, then a fine….what made that even crazier is that we were told we were solely responsible for finding and reporting it to them. By the time we had called their “24/7” security (who rarely answered after our first 3 calls) they had stopped smoking and gone back inside. The management “warning” emails were generic nuisance smell crap that no one saw just like their parking violation ones. The second issue came when we asked to move units after talking to other units in different buildings and them reporting they hadnt had any issues yet. We were told we could but it would’ve cost us a few thousand dollars to move for something that isnt even our fault. Third, while the amenities here look great, the pools are hardly ever cleaned, while they are full of chlorine they are equally full or bird/duck poop, dirt, and other miscellaneous stuff. I myself have had to use the pool brush to sweep poop off to the side to swim (didn’t see it till after i got in). Another issue we have had to deal with is water that smells horrendous, not like the normal Arizona water smell that the maintenance guy keeps telling me it is (lived here for 22 years now). We have had issues with the dishwasher having a burning smell, and not working half the time, to which the maintenance finally came out to fix it and let us know that we have “all the cheapest appliances” in this apartment complex… We pay a fee for pest control every month, what the don’t tell you is that you have to enroll in it for them to come out, however once enrolled in it they then don’t come out ever on the Thursday’s they are supposed to and then have to be escorted to our apartment by Esper from the leasing office (who is gone now but he was great) and then they haven’t been back again since then. We have crickets, grasshoppers, and a bunch of other tiny insects in our apartment and have even had them crawl across my gfs head in bed.

    living here as been nothing but a disappointment. on the outside, the complex is very pretty and has a lot of attracting amenities. but after living here for almost a year, it’s been a headache. to start, we moved into the first building that Tuscany opened back in August of 2025. our neighbors to both our right and left smoke weed inside and outside of their apartment which the smell comes into our primary bedroom. we have complained numerous times to the leasing office and they will send out “warning” emails to the building but after that just shrug their shoulders and say there is not much that they can do. we have asked to move units as the smell makes me actually throw up and the leasing office said that we would have to RE PAY our deposit, application fee, and a “unit movement fee”. we would have to pay 3k just for Tuscany to allow us to move into a different building… next, the parking here is horrendous. they have assigned covered parking but if you don’t have covered parking, then it’s essentially a free for all. they don’t enforce guest parking despite them saying that the security officer (which I have personally only seen him twice since living here) goes around and checks for guest parking passes and normal resident stickers in the windshield. I have had to park outside of the gate in the designated guest parking multiple times because of this. lastly, there has been human feces in the main pool hot tub and when we told maintenance about it he uncomfortably laughed and said it was “geese poop”. I have never seen ANYONE clean the pools here… again on the outside, this complex is very pretty until you find out it’s not properly maintained. there are so many other apartment complexes that I would consider moving into before looking at Tuscany. we are eagerly waiting until our lease is up to get away from this dump.

    I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. My experience with management has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. For over a month, I’ve been dealing with an ongoing pest issue in my apartment. Despite bringing it to management’s attention multiple times and even taking additional steps on my own to try to resolve it, the problem has continued without a real solution. Having bugs appear on my bed, towels, and blankets is not something any tenant should have to live with. On top of that, I recently received a violation notice accusing me of having a dog in my apartment. I have never owned or had a dog here, nor has anyone brought a dog to visit. The accusation was based purely on what they claim they “heard” and “thought they saw,” with absolutely no proof. Instead of approaching the situation professionally, the communication I received from management was extremely rude and accusatory. They eventually said they would remove the charge “this time,” but still implied I was at fault. Being falsely accused of lease violations while also dealing with unresolved maintenance issues is unacceptable. Tenants deserve to be treated with respect and to have legitimate concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner. If you’re looking for a place where management is responsive, fair, and respectful to residents, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If i could give them 0 stars I would.
