  Communication is terrible, good luck trying to get anything fixed, lots of issues left and right for what you’re paying.

  If I could 0 stars I would. I never even lived here and to get anyone to call back was impossible. It took a week to get a response about my application and every time Sarah said she would call me back, she wouldn’t. I was calling 3 times a day. I couldn’t imagine actually living here. What a mess

  “Estoy muy satisfecha con esta vivienda. La casa es cómoda, amplia, agradable y fresca, ubicada en un entorno muy tranquilo. Desde el inicio, el proceso de documentación fue súper ágil y sencillo, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil. Ha sido una excelente experiencia y recomiendo este lugar a quienes buscan comodidad y tranquilidad.”

  Me gusta mucho esta casa porque es muy agradable y cómoda. Tiene techos altos y bonitos que le dan una sensación de amplitud y frescura. Los espacios son acogedores, bien distribuidos y crean un ambiente tranquilo y agradable para vivir. Es una casa muy cómoda que transmite bienestar desde el primer momento.😃

  HORRIBLE! Good luck trying to get ahold of the leasing office or management, you can call 10 times and they’ll just be sitting in their office not answering. Theres about 3 umbrellas for the pool, the hot tub never works, dog park is pretty nice if you don’t get swamped by the grass that has an irrigation problem. Overall you’re just paying to be in “Gilbert” and it’s the smallest backyard you’ll ever see. Not worth the money. The staff in the leasing office were getting into a yelling match with a new tenant when I dropped off my key at move out… they have zero respect.
