  Thomas came and helped us at my sisters apartment with a clogged toilet and he did it so quick and even explained some details afterwards cool dude :)

  Living here was fine but all the reviews for them knit picking move outs it completely true they will take your money in a heart beat any little thing might as well give them 500$ plus that deposit forget about it when give it to them you will not see that back no chance. Multimillion dollar company btw if your door handle loose they might try and charge you. They so salty you move out they don’t give a care in the world. WARNING all the 5 star reviews you do see maybe ask them when they move out if it’s still 5 stars after they rob you for your money. Again multimillion dollar company btw but let’s make the tenant pay for anything and everything like they didn’t just pay 20,000$ lease for a year make it make sense Cooley.

  Thomas was great! He was such a happy person. He didn’t just come in, do his job and leave. He wanted to make sure we weren’t having any other issues in the apartment and when we found more, he came back two more times within the hour with the parts and fixed everything! We ended up with three service requests and all were completed within 3 hours of calling the first one in. Great experience!

  I have lived at this complex for over 5 years. I originally moved in when they first opened and then transferred to a bigger unit after a few years. The actual apartments themselves are not bad. The walls and everything are a little thin so you hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors do. You hear their steps, when they flush their toilets, do their laundry etc. if your neighbor down the hall closes their front door you’re going to not only hear it but feel it when the walls shake. The main issue with this complex is the property management company. Don’t expect to see your deposit after you move out. First unit I moved out I brought in professional cleaners and everything but at the end of the day not only did I not get my deposit back but I actually owed money. Second time I moved out I was already expecting to have to pay a small fee like last time. Imagine my shock when I get a bill for almost $500 AFTER my deposit was applied. One of the fees being for new carpets due to pet urine when I didn’t even own a pet. If you live here don’t expect your deposit back and expect to be charged for basic maintenance that was going to have to be performed anyways. I will never recommend this complex to anyone.
