  Rafael was able to show me several units near Hatcher and 6th Street. They were clean and affordable. Unfortunately I needed a unit with laundry. Nice location in the Sunnyslope area and close to amenities. I am sure they will get leased quickly.

  I had high hopes when I first inquired, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive. The details I was given before applying didn’t match what I was told afterward, which felt misleading. The “non‑refundable” application fees only added to the frustration, especially since the changes weren’t disclosed until after payment. I hope the management team improves transparency for future applicants.

  Edgar helped one of my sisters moving in and was a great help to me as well would I would recommend to my family and friends. He’s helpful along the way and gets things done for you like a family member would I’d highly recommend working with him individually with this company.

  I am filing a housing discrimination complaint with the city of Phoenix. I can always tell when someone doesn’t want someone black to get anywhere or have anything! It's always disgusting when it's another person of color! I really truly believed Rafael was gonna treat me with some decency and honesty and help me out! Nope! The people play in our face and believe we are stupid and can’t see what they’re doing is disgusting!
