  Applying for a rental property and received a call from this agency saying that our credit score didn't meet requirements. The requiremen is a 600 credit score which we have. The company told us to lay extra 500$ for not having that score. Just don't want anyone looking for property to rent to get scammed out of the application fee and possibly more money.

  In Prescott Valley AZ this office is the worst. Harassment after harassment in one form or another, they have no clue on where this property is located they do nothing to to repair the issues with the lane on the property or do they repair the bathtub/shower with needs replacing. Cracks and chips with the glazing worn off. Paying for a benefits package which there is no benefit except putting additional funds in Rosenbaum's bank account. CMA was 100x better group. I would not recommend Rosenbaum Group at all.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST! If at all possible go somewhere else. Their customer service stinks, they charge 300.+ dollars in monthly fees above rent. No one calls you back, no one does their job. 2 months in and if I could get out of this lease simply due to their inabilty to do their jobs, Id pack my things and be gone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
