  I'd like to say that Roberto was very kind and very understanding. He had great answers for every question. But mainly just his kindness and understanding is what really helped me the most. Definitely, give him the most stars because he deserves it and he works very hard. And he's very altentative and makes sure that he calls you right back. Is always there for you very good man?I think you very much for your help

  Edgar Medrano made the entire process of getting us into our new home easy and stress-free. He was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate everything he did to help us get approved and move into our new home. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

  I would never recommend getting involved with this greedy company. Ridiculous fees. Rent isn’t being reported to the credit bureau. When I email management, it doesn’t get acknowledged. It’s never been a good experience trying to get things fixed. It’s a constant disappointment. All they want is your money, they don’t care about anything else. If you do get involved, make sure you get all the paperwork before applying and document everything. We were given a lot of misinformation by our signing rep and the company doesn’t care to help find resolutions. It also took them months to accept my emotional support animal letter and remove pet fees from my account. I had to call many times but again, management didn’t care.

  We had such a great experience working with Edgar! He was incredibly responsive, quick, and helpful throughout the entire process. He really went above and beyond to help get our application approved before the end of the day, which we truly appreciated. He kept us updated and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We’re so excited about our new home and are very grateful for all of Edgar’s help. Highly recommend working with him!

  Edgar was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond to get our application approved on extremely short notice. We were up against the deadline to give notice at our current home, and thanks to his urgency, communication, and dedication, he made sure everything was completed in time. Because of Edgar’s hard work, we were able to submit our notice before the deadline and avoid paying additional fees at our current residence. He kept us informed every step of the way and truly made us feel like a priority. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his clients and gets things done, I can’t recommend Edgar enough. Thank you again for making what could have been a very stressful situation go so smoothly!
