  Chris with maintenance is the best! He is so helpful around the community and has even assisted me when my car battery died! Chris is very friendly and makes living at Elevation such a pleasant experience. He shows a lot of care around the property and helps keep it beautiful!

  We moved to Elevation Santan recently and were more than happy with how kind and considerate the staff are. Mari who toured us was amazing! Gave us privacy to look at units, didn’t rush the process, and helped the move in process go smooth. Since moving in, she has accommodated all of needs and in a timely manner. Very professional and considerate. Maintenance is very on top of the property and always very willing to help with anything we have needed. The team here makes you feel like family for sure. Clean property and kept up amenities.

  Mari is the reason we moved to Elevation. So kind, considerate and helpful. From giving us the tour to moving in, she handled all our needs. She has exceeded expectations and absolutely cares for all the residents. Appreciate her so much and ALLLL she does.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Kristina for always being so helpful, professional, and responsive. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of. The amenities are always kept clean and enjoyable, and they really add to the overall living experience. Between the beautiful grounds, convenient features, and comfortable atmosphere, it truly feels like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is great, and the overall community feels safe and comfortable. I really appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making this such a great place to live. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a positive living experience.

  The management and maintenance teams are amazing! Always friendly and so eager to help out with any question or fix. Everyone is really approachable and makes me feel comfortable living here. Location and amenities are great but the staff is incredible!
