  I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Kristina for always being so helpful, professional, and responsive. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of. The amenities are always kept clean and enjoyable, and they really add to the overall living experience. Between the beautiful grounds, convenient features, and comfortable atmosphere, it truly feels like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is great, and the overall community feels safe and comfortable. I really appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making this such a great place to live. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a positive living experience.

  The management and maintenance teams are amazing! Always friendly and so eager to help out with any question or fix. Everyone is really approachable and makes me feel comfortable living here. Location and amenities are great but the staff is incredible!

  In an environment where new apartment complexes are popping up everywhere, we feel fortunate to have landed at Elevation at SanTan, where we recently renewed our lease for a fifth year! Unlike Redstone, just down the road, where we lived for six years before moving here, after they cut so many corners and allowed the property to fall into terrible disrepair, living here at Elevation is a breath of fresh air! Pillar management (Kristina, Gracie & Mari) understands the importance of resident retention, so instead of cutting corners, they've upped their game! At Elevation San Tan, great attention is paid to maintaining the grounds, including keeping the dog parks free of animal waste and the trash rooms efficiently emptied daily. Pillar spends money where needed, ie; performing a recent elevator upgrade to enhance the overall look and appeal of living in an elevator building. The maintenance crew steam cleans the stairwells and shampoos carpets in the common areas, when needed, without having to be prompted. We're also very fortunate to have a dedicated Pillar rockstar cleaning lady, Judith, who takes great pride in making the floors shine and the common areas sparkle! And kudos to the topnotch maintenance team, which operates like a well-oiled machine, under the maintenance supervisor, Michelle's, expertise and guidance. There are a lot of moving parts to coordinate to keep Elevation running smoothly, and her team works their magic behind the curtain, everyday, to ensure that whatever needs fixing, gets the attention it deserves, ASAP! Very pleased with the overall level of commitment that Pillar management and staff give on a regular basis, as it affords us the luxury of living in a community that we can be proud to call home!
