  We’ve been here for about 4 months now and honestly have nothing but great things to say! Kristina has been amazing and has made our experience even better. The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and welcoming. We also love the location, it’s so convenient! Overall, we’ve really enjoyed living here so far and are happy we chose this community!

  My biggest complaint about this property are the common areas and the lack of response from the people who run it. Dirty hallways that smell of garbage and sweat leading to the entryways of your flat should not be an everyday thing. There is only one single woman that cleans the entire property every single building plus the gym and leasing office. So everything is dirty and smelly, the gym at this place does not seem to have been cleaned since the day the place was built. They seriously need to invest in cleaning this place and maybe working on changing the carpet system in hallways if they are never going to clean them.

  We’ve had nothing but issues here. When we moved in they messed up our 9 weeks free promo and I had to spend an hour in the office explaining simple math to the community manager. They do not send a ledger each month to show a breakdown of charges so we never know if we are being charged correctly. We asked if that could be sent to us and they said no. Maintenance doesn’t set up a time with you. They just show up so you better hope you’re home when they want to come by. We have had breaker issues for months now while just using basic appliances. Can’t even live in our apartment comfortably. The “maintenance” guy came by and was here for 10 minutes and said “I don’t know. Other apartments are having these issues too. Put in another request if it happens again.” I emailed the front office when it happened again, got a response and then they never showed up to fix it. If you have a dog, there’s a tiny dog park in the far corner that isn’t easy to get to if you live in building 1 because you have to walk your dog across concrete to get to the dog park. Hard for a dog to do when it’s 115 out. This place is just rocks and a parking lot so I hope you don’t want any grass for your pet. I would avoid this place. There are a lot of much better options in the area.
