  I’ve seen a major decline at the property, walls in the hallways are spot painted and it looks bad. Carpets have stains down the hallway. No one cleans up after their dogs. (Dog poo) The dog park smells so bad I have to hold my breath just to walk by. Trees out on Santan village pkwy are very overgrown and neglected. My apt I moved into was never cleaned. It took me 4 days of cleaning. The office sent me a lady who spoke absolutely no English I couldn’t communicate to her, and the little bit I was able to get her to do, she wouldn’t clean. There are laws to ensure the cleaning and properly sanitize of each apartment, somehow my apt was over looked. I used to love this place, not anymore! I’m thinking the property manager wants a bonus for keeping the costs down. I’m still waiting for a dryer, the one I have is filthy and grimy from dog hair and dirt. They should remove luxury off the front sign. It’s a beautiful property but it’s going down hill very fast.

  Felix from maintenance was awesome. As soon as I reported an issue, he responded quickly. Upon arrival identified the problem, and had it fixed within an hour. Can’t ask for much more from your property maintenance team. Thank you
