  The management at this complex is by far, the worst and most inferior I have ever had to deal with in my life. I was left with nails coming up from the carpet on my floor. I put in a maintenance request and was told to fill out a form to let them know the dates I was available and never heard back from them. My grandchildren had to pull them all the way out because hammering them back and did not work as they kept popping back up. Roughly 2 weeks after I moved into my apartment I was out of a bathroom for a couple of days because they decided at that time that my tub needed to be changed. I had. A move out date prior to the last day of the month, and they never went in and changed the amount in the system and Kinsley, the assistant manager was beyond condescending. They are The epitome of a slumlord! The day before I was to move out, they started repairing the concrete in the parking lot and only put signs up on the post, letting people know this. I work from home and I never went outside the day before so I had no idea of this construction. The following morning I walked outside to get in my car and it was gone. They could not walk up the stairs to let me know or send an email or a text or a phone call informing me. This was going to take place. However, they did have a tow truck move my car to the other side of the complex and thank God, the office was open when I realize this and I was able to go and ask where my car was. The next day I have movers come to help me and had to end up paying $200 more because they had to park in another parking lot to load up my belongings. When I spoke to the management about this, she was very unapologetic. It’s really sad that the management is what it is at this place because It’s in a decent area. Looks can be very deceiving.

  I’ve been living here for six months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping that’s cared for twice a week. It’s clean, peaceful, and the lake is truly a standout feature of this community. It’s more like a wide, peaceful canal, with charming houseboats moored just across the water, creating a picturesque and inviting scene. The water’s gentle movement and the reflections of the surrounding greenery bring a sense of calm and beauty that elevates everyday living. The management team is exceptional - responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. You get the sense that they actually care. Kenzie has built an amazing team with Elise, Kaitlyn, and the newest member, Lindi, all of whom consistently go above and beyond to meet residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with excellent workmanship, making living here easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate the strong sense of community and the professionalism that shines through every day. Having lived in several apartment complexes over the years, I can confidently say this one outshines them all. I highly recommend making this your home!

  Kaitlyn and Kenzie are top tier leasing agents. They were flexible, patient and accommodating to all my requests. I was nervous about the process of moving in, but they made it a comfortable smooth experience. Highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for an affordable luxury rental.

  The office staff has had its up and downs, but overall has been a satisfying experience, as for The maintenance team, they have been amazing so far especially the guys Anthony and Chris. Always respectful and accommodating, keep up the great work guys.
