  Outdated appliances, roaches, hidden fees when moving out, seems like they just wanted to keep my deposit. To the owner please dont reply not interested in a half arsed apology

  I had a great experience at Alcove at the Islands. Anthony was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend checking this place out

  Terrible apartments. Overpriced, roaches, awful smell from the lake. Upon move out they are trying to charge a crazy amount of fees that make no sense, we left the apartment very clean. One of our neighbors had their unit broken into. The office staff is rude and they create incentives for residents to leave good reviews - Would not recommend at all.

  Well.....since you asked: My tub was replaced a few months back, which is great! However, theres still a half-inch gap between the floor and the tub that needs a quarter-round or some type of molding to cover it. AND the baseboards need extending as well. Now, Ive pointed this out a couple of times to management....but apparently you dont consider it a priority......even though I just signed another one-year lease. Once again.....you asked. Ive gotten used to it......but it would really be nice if you could finish it up before 2027 arrives. Thanks a bunch
