First we love the home but the finishings are below par. Moved into new home August 2026. While doing the walk thru we told the person giving it about things that needed to be done. None of it was done. Before we were allowed to move in, there was an issue with the ac. When the home was being built, a worker stepped on an ac duct causing insufficient air to come through the vents. This problem was corrected but the person doing the work left all the windows and doors open causing the house to be filled with all the dust from a very windy day. The home was “cleaned” prior to moving in but not all of it was done. There was a lot of paint to be touched up which they did but with the wrong color. This problem was reported to the sales person and we were told that it would fade in time. That doesn’t ever happen. It’s a grey paint on white walls and is very obvious! The outside paint on the home is already coming off. There is also a lot of caulking on every sink that I am in the process of cleaning off myself. There is a lot of drywall spatter on walls and floors. Trim on doors is uneven. Do these workers that build these even care about their workmanship? I researched Clayton and believed them to be a quality finished home. I love the layout of my home but the workmanship is very poor.

Worst experience looking at mobile homes. Salesman asked what we wanted to look at because he had other things to do. Then proceeded to make snide remarks about the town I live in, Kingman Az. Made a comment directly to me saying your from Kingman and have all your teeth? I would not purchase anything from this place no matter what kind of deal they provided. Horrible place. I agree with other reviews the salesman did get a bit aggressive and cussed a lot so unprofessional

Disrespectful old man driving your van needs to learn common courtesy at gas pumps. Wedging a huge van across multiple pumps is disrespectful and showcases a lack of patience.
