  Worst experience looking at mobile homes. Salesman asked what we wanted to look at because he had other things to do. Then proceeded to make snide remarks about the town I live in, Kingman Az. Made a comment directly to me saying your from Kingman and have all your teeth? I would not purchase anything from this place no matter what kind of deal they provided. Horrible place. I agree with other reviews the salesman did get a bit aggressive and cussed a lot so unprofessional

  Disrespectful old man driving your van needs to learn common courtesy at gas pumps. Wedging a huge van across multiple pumps is disrespectful and showcases a lack of patience.

  They didn't get us the model that we told them multiple times we wanted to upgrade to. They also didn't let us know about the known problems with the model we ended up getting till after signing a contract. But that's partly our fault for not making sure they were giving us what we asked for before signing. Overall we still got a home so it's not the worst just definitely didn't meet expectations. Otherwise the process was fairly easy and the sales people were very friendly. Just double check your contract before signing the closing agreement. I'd still recommend them with the warning to double check what your buying.
