Any concerns were addressed professionally and promptly. David Brookshire was beyond awesome during the whole building process and even afterwards. Always available and happy to answer questions. He honestly feels like a friend. Dawn Sauceda has been super responsive and has taken the few concerns identified in the one-year inspection to heart and has shown that she is very committed to making sure that everything is resolved and that we are happy.

Communication between the Construction Manager, David, and myself was free-flowing and informative. All questions I asked were responded to in a timely manner. If I needed info & the person I asked didn't know, I was efficiently directed to the right person. I absolutely do recommend Pulte as a builder, especially because they will "move walls" within their floorplans, providing more of a custom flare to your build.
