  I was well pleased with Oakwood and Nikki, she made this process so easy and she is so friendly, supportive, and just an awesome person in general! I would highly recommend her with your new home in Oakwood in Coolidge!

  Buying an Oakwood home has been a blessing! The house quality is great and their staff is even better. Nikki from Oakwood is amazing. She was communicative during the entire closing process. Very professional and any question or concerns she’s been there to help us out. She truly made buying a home feel stress free! Ben has done a great job helping us out with any questions about the house and he’s on top it! 10/10 recommend buying an Oakwood home

  I don't usually write reviews, but we're truly grateful for the team at Cross Creek Ranch by Oakwood Homes in Coolidge, AZ. Crystal went above and beyond to accommodate us as out-of-state buyers. From virtual walk throughs to quick, detailed answers to our every questions, and we had a lot of questions. Buying from a far can be stressful, but Crystal made the entire process smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed at every step. She's truly amazing to work with! Communication was clear, timely and reassuring. We felt confident in the process, and the home is beautiful, exactly what we wanted and hoped for. We're truly blessed with this team (Crystal, Ben, Mike, Edwin and closing manager, Valerie). They honored their commitments. Even after closing and move in, any minor issues were handled promptly and professionally by Crystal and Ben. Their follow through showed they truly stand behind their work. From contract to closing, everything was organized and easy to understand. We highly recommend working with Crystal and this team to anyone considering purchasing a home in AZ.
