  I had the pleasure of visiting a Clayton Homes Sale Office and met a person named Matt Osborn. What I liked about the experience was I felt zero pressure from Matt. He listened to my needs and provided some suggestions to help me work around my budget. I’m still shopping around but will definitely stop back to see Matt before I make a final decision.

  Matt was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Without any pressure he showed us several homes and told us the pros and cons of each. He has helped with our home buying process - doing all he can to make it go quickly and smoothly. Would recommend Matt and Clayton homes to anyone looking for a home!

  What an experience! After a year of searching for homes we decided to take a chance on a manufactured home and couldn’t believe what we have been missing! Matt Osborne has been a great help in guiding us through the process as first time home buyers. Not only can he talk about the product but also about unrelated things which really makes you feel like you have a friend working for you not just a salesperson. We have already referred two others and plan on referring more! Excellent products at excellent prices with beyond excellent service!

  Matt Osbourne has been with us in the Clayton process from the beginning. He very patiently showed and talked with us about all our options in selecting a floor plan, the requirements in setting the foundation, choosing a good realtor and finance company, customizing the home, etc. He and the Clayton team also did a tremendous job in checking into regulations and water quality on the particular piece of land we found. Matt has made the whole process of getting a new home very simple for us. He explains everything thoroughly and always gave us the feeling that we were of the highest priority. I cannot imagine going through the process with anyone else. He is a true professional who made this experience smooth and easy for us because he asked about all our needs and plans, then did the research with utilities and county regulations to let us know with all assurance the best way to set up. We checked out the different mobile home companies in the area, and I can very confidently say to anyone looking to purchase that Matt will take care of you with the best company backing him up.
