- ITIgor TalonJun 26, 20265.0Been a resident for almost 3 years. Haven't had any major issues. Had a small issue recently and Tonya explained the matter to me and I was able to understand it better. Sometimes things change and as a resident you just have to talk to management to understand.

My grandmother was hospitalized and placed on life support, and on the 2nd of the month our family had to make the difficult decision to remove her from life support. She passed away shortly afterward that same day. During this time, I was away from my apartment supporting my family. I have been a resident here for two years and have always paid my rent on time. This is the first time I have experienced an issue like this. While I understand the responsibility to pay rent and any applicable fees, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and support from the current office manager when I explained my situation. Additionally, because I was not at my apartment during this time, I was charged a $35 fee for mailing a notice letter. Given the circumstances, I had hoped for a more compassionate and helpful response. In the past, the previous office manager was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, since her departure, my experience with the front office has not been as positive.

Being disabled and using a wheelchair it’s hard to find places that will help and be supportive, they always go the extra mile to accommodate me. Would recommend this place 10/10 simply because of the management and service tech.
