  First off love my apartment it’s beautiful and I have nothing negative to say about it. 1. Our gate NEVER works. 2. The hot tubs are ALWAYS broken 3. 1/2 pools are functioning and you can’t even get in because of the WASP infestation. These are very basic simple fixes and I’m BEGGING someone to do something about it because this complex could very easily be 5 stars and I’m happy to change my rating if these simple things are resolved.

  The units are nice. Maintenance stays on top of things and it’s very comfortable. The gate is broken 24/7 though. There’s also a reservoir that fills up with water constantly as well as every single fountain being non operational, so the stagnant water just fills up with mosquito larvae. There’s not a day that goes by that you won’t get bit multiple times or possibly stung by wasps(there’s way too many of them bc of the water issue). They’re aware of these problems and say they’re on top of things but I don’t think staff cares much. Edited here: They actually go as far as lying to you in their own Google reviews about emailing them and proceed to not do anything about these issues. Just this week the pool turned green. It’s disgusting. The fountains are empty, and smell bad too

  Monica is extremely professional, and she is a top-notch assistant manager of our complex. – Trevi. I tremendously appreciate for Monica because she is caring to tenants of our complex. I’ve been here since September, 2019 and she is the best leasing/management that I’ve experienced since I lived here.

  My mom, boyfriend, and I went on a tour on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 and we had Monica: she was absolutely amazing! She was kind and very knowledgeable about the buildings. She even stopped one of the tenants to ask if he needed a ride on our fun little gold cart ride around! The actual apartment was amazing to look at, with carpet in the rooms, a glorious master bedroom, and the best kitchen I have seen in an apartment yet. Looking for a new place to live has not been easy but I definitely had made up my mind practically the second I walked in the door!
