  To the gorgeous painted maintenance man that said good Day to me , I think I need my washer looked at. It’s nothing wrong with it I just think it needs looked at🥰😍lol thanks for cleaning the Dog 💩

  All I’m gonna say is,,, it’s about time. Good job Trevi Management, GREAT job on the Maintenance.i see a lot more getting done we see less Dog Crap and Smells thanks to the couple of new groundsman, pools are coming along and the environment is more welcoming, I change my 2 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️ progress needs attention. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

  Pésima experiencia. No recomiendo estos apartamentos. Nuestra experiencia con Trevi fue realmente decepcionante. El principal problema fue la atención de la oficina: las personas que atienden demostraron en varias ocasiones una actitud grosera, poco profesional y muy poca disposición para escuchar o ayudar a los residentes. Parece que se les olvida que su trabajo es precisamente brindar un buen servicio al cliente. Durante nuestra estadía tuvimos varios daños y problemas dentro del apartamento que fueron reportados oportunamente, pero nunca recibieron una solución adecuada. Tener que insistir repetidamente por problemas que deberían ser responsabilidad de la administración fue bastante frustrante. Y para terminar, la devolución del depósito también se convirtió en un problema, haciendo que nuestra salida fuera todavía más complicada. Uno espera que, después de pagar por vivir en un lugar, al menos pueda contar con una administración responsable, respetuosa y dispuesta a solucionar los problemas. Lamentablemente, esa no fue nuestra experiencia en Trevi. No recomiendo estos apartamentos si para ustedes es importante recibir un buen servicio, tener sus problemas atendidos y recibir un trato respetuoso como residente.

  If I could give this property zero stars, I absolutely would. The management and customer service are extremely disappointing. While everything seems friendly at first, the experience changes completely once you move out. Management is rude and unhelpful, and maintenance requests can take forever. In my case, my bathtub was peeling, and despite repeatedly requesting repairs, it was never fixed during the entire time I lived there. I would not recommend these apartments. Think twice before moving here ;)

  They are very nice until you actually move in. Maintenance rarely shows up and if they do it’s unannounced. They close out maintenance tickets even if they didn’t show up. We put in a request because our light/fan in our master bedroom broke in May of 2025. It took them over a month to resolve that issue which is absolutely insane. The communication is absolutely terrible. Front desk staff is incredibly rude and offers little to no explanation of anything you ask them. You rarely get a response if you send them an email. There is dog shit all over the complex and it reeks of feces all over the premises. Do a full tour of the complex if you are thinking of moving in. There are broken lamps all over the grounds. Pool is barely maintained. The units themselves are nice but you better pray you have 0 issues inside. Read all other reviews because they are 100% true. They will probably respond to this saying to email them with any issues but they will do nothing to make it right. They need to fire their entire management team and restart. I would rather live in a box under the freeway then go back there :)
