  We really enjoyed touring the community Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome. While the community wasn't the right fit for our family,would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

  I heard good things about this property, I came to do a tour but when I pulled in I realized I left my id at home and had to turn around. I heard the maintenance guy Troy is amazing and works really hard. I did see him today outside pressure washing and it’s 103 outside I hope he’s taking breaks but my friend says he’s so helpful and a lot has changed since he became maintenance. She did warn me that there was usually no one in the office but Troy did let me know that they now have someone. I hope this will be my new home.

  We experienced an unexpected power outage, and maintenance technician Miguel was able to come in as soon as possible during his off hours to resolve the recurring issue. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. We appreciated his services very much, thank you Miguel!

  My daughter and I had an appointment to view a unit. We loved it right away!! Mark Taylor was simply amazing and so kind!!

  Awesome experience. Everyone was helpful and attentive before, during, and after move in, especially Mark and Troy! Houses are top tier, and the pool/gym are definitely a bonus!
