Living at Ashley Townhomes in Chandler has honestly been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. Since moving in, we have dealt with well over 10 major repairs and maintenance requests, which is completely unacceptable for a property that presents itself as “luxury” living. Issues constantly arise, yet getting proper communication or timely assistance feels nearly impossible.
The management experience has been equally disappointing. The leasing manager, Rachel, appears far more focused on charging residents additional fees than actually resolving concerns or assisting tenants. Simple matters — such as replacing a key fob or responding to a basic email — go unanswered for extended periods of time. Residents are expected to comply immediately with every policy and payment, yet management does not provide the same level of professionalism or responsiveness in return.
What makes the situation worse is that there is rarely anyone actually working on-site and available to assist residents when problems arise. For a community charging premium rates, the lack of support and communication is shocking. At times, the constant notices, fees, and lack of cooperation make you feel more harassed than valued as a resident.
I would strongly advise anyone considering moving to Ashley Townhomes in Chandler to think carefully before signing a lease here. The appearance of the property may look appealing at first, but the living experience and management support have been extremely disappointing.
(MY CEILING CAVED IN…BROKEN WASHER for 2 weeks. Lifted tile, non working fobs - Rachel’s fix is to charge a fee) Not to mention the power goes out regularly. Thank you.

I just wanted to come on and say how much we love living in the Ashley. The grounds are kept Beautifully especially since Troy got here and he’s very attentive to all of our maintenance needs beings. I have three children.

I have lived on the property for almost two years now so feel I can give an unbiased review of my experience so far at the Ashley. The current management and office staff has always been responsive. Troy, the maintenance person, is always prompt, always pleasant and always helpful, even when he has a lot on his to-do list. He is the "first responder" when issues arise. His demeanor is calm and courteous, never defensive. Other positives to living at the Ashley is the peace and quiet. It's a small community, unlike a large apartment complex where frequent issues (tenant disputes, etc.) would be more likely to arise. I hope to have another positive 15 months here!

I just want to give a big shoutout to Troy from the maintenance! He is incredibly hardworking and always goes above and beyond whenever I need assistance or something needs to be fixed in my apartment. Not only is he very skilled, but he’s also friendly and professional, which truly makes the whole experience even better! You can tell he is experienced and truly cares about doing a great job. Really appreciate all the effort he puts in!
Troy from the maintenance team has been absolutely outstanding. I note that he is extremely skilled, hardworking and knowledgeable in what he does. Every time I have needed assistance, he was always approachable and has handled the issue efficiently and with great attention to detail. Hereby it’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping the residents. I feel that Our community is lucky to have someone as reliable and talented as Troy on the team.
