  We have to pay for services that we aren't able to use and there's never any parking past 3pm. The maintenance team is great though and are always very friendly and polite considering how much we have to place calls to them.

  Lauren has done an excellent job completing the apartment tour and was very knowledgeable with the questions I asked of her.

  Apartments exterior looks old with that color, website is not clear about upgraded and classic.

  We recently toured Stone Oak in Chandler for my daughter, and we were very impressed! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities looked great, and the layout of the apartments felt spacious and thoughtfully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made the experience even better. It definitely feels like a safe and comfortable place to call home. We’re excited about the possibility of my daughter living here and would highly recommend touring this community if you’re looking in the area!
