Leo, was polite, respectful and did an outstanding job at fixing what needed to be repaired
Big shoutout to Mike! from maintenance he was fantastic! He changed out my refrigerator, even though he had to haul it up three flights of stairs. Despite the heat and hard work, He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! Very grateful thanks again

Leo responded within 15 minutes of us submitting our maintenance request, which was very impressive. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was causing the issue with our AC. He fixed the problem quickly, and everything has been working great since.
I’ve been a resident here for four years, and Leo is by far the best maintenance technician we’ve had. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great attitude that makes the experience much less stressful. He is truly a valuable asset to this community. Thank you, Leo, for your outstanding service!

It has been over a month since we moved in, and we have experienced ongoing maintenance issues in what was advertised as a fully renovated unit.
Upon move-in, the master bathroom shower drain was completely clogged and took about a week to be repaired. The ceiling fan in the secondary bedroom had been broken since day one and, despite four separate maintenance visits, remained inoperable for over a month. Each visit has ended with the same explanation—that the part is “on order.”
The guest bathroom toilet has required three separate maintenance visits due to recurring problems. Outside, there is used cat litter dumped near our HVAC unit. I submitted a maintenance request for this issue, but it was simply closed without the problem ever being addressed.
After more than 35 days, two months of rent paid, and remaining patient and polite throughout the process, I finally met with the property manager to discuss these unresolved issues. She explained that the maintenance supervisor would return yet again to verify the outstanding repairs, primarily the non-functioning ceiling fan. When I asked what the property planned to do to make things right after such an extended delay, I was told that a functioning ceiling fan is not legally required.
While that statement may be correct, it reflects the property’s approach to customer service. Rather than acknowledging the repeated delays or offering any form of goodwill for unresolved maintenance requests, the response was essentially that unless the issue violates habitability laws, no compensation or accommodation should be expected.
Update (7/10/26): Since posting this review and speaking with management, the remaining repairs were promptly completed. Management also apologized for the delays and lack of follow-up and applied a $100 rent credit as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate them taking the time to address our concerns and make things right.
