  I would never rent here again. Let’s just start off by saying the fireplace have been broken for the last two years. I’ve notified the apartments multiple times and nothing has ever happened. I keep getting told that they’re fixing it but two years later they’re still broke, but they put in a Pickleball court as for the splash pad. It doesn’t work only a few spouts sprinkle out water. There is no basketball court in the pool keeps getting broken for the last 3 1/2 years. They’ve had to replace it several times most of the time they just take it out the Jacuzzis are always broken. The apartment staff is always rude and doesn’t know what they’re doing. They’re only nice to you if you’re about to sign a lease after that they could care less. Also, someone was just shot and killed in the apartments last week.

  !THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! please read before you lease This apartment and management company relies on making a profit off of its tenants at move out by incurring heavy, unwarranted move out fees. At the time of my move out, I was given a move out inspection listing i would be receiving a refund of around $40, cool right? Well, later the official statement from the Sky at Chandler Airpark management company based in Texas came in the mail. For some reason, the charges had changed and I now owe the company $102. Interesting how this was not assessed during the move out inspection. The charges they listed did not have warrant as it was for “heavy cleaning, carpet replacement and a pool key”. The pool key was never given and was connected to my overall FOB and was returned. As for the other charges, this falls on the normal wear and tear side as nothing was left in irreparable damage. Under A.R.S. § 331321, any deductions from a security deposit must be valid, itemized, and supported by documentation. Charges that were not identified during the walk through and that do not reflect tenant caused damage or neglect do not meet this standard. I have tried calling the number listed numerous times with no answer. I sent a dispute letter referencing this egregious issues as well sent with certified mail. This was marked as delivered but have yet to hear back from the company. If no further action is taken, I plan on filing an official complaint with the justice court. Do not lease with this shill of company hoping to profit off of its tenants hard earned money.
